Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the start of Season 02 of Buds - Growing experience. This season I'm planing something a little special. I'll have 5 different strains, 3 automatics and 2 fems. The second one is Dance World by RQS (which were kind enough to sent me these for free, which I'm very thankful for 🙏) Other strains are: - Royal Gorilla by RQS - HulkBerry Automatic by RQS - LSD by Barney's Farm - Critical Jack Automatic by Dinafem I'll use 2x 70L water reservoirs, the left one will have all 3 Automatics, the right one only the 2 fems (Royal Gorilla and Dance World) After hopefully 10-12 weeks of 18/6 schedule the Automatics will be ready for harvest, then I'll transplant Royal Gorilla into the other reservoir so both fems have half of the tent each and its own 70L reservoir for massive root system expansion. Then I'll flip'em to flowering 12/12 light schedule. It will be nice to see what all the extra space does to the plants, can't wait to research that. On my last grow I accidentally hurt one of my Mimosa EVO too much and after a few weeks of recovery it started to get extremely thick and big. It produced by far the greatest result with buds the size of a forearm! I'll try to do similar things here with both fems. I'll try to train the shit out of them! In the meantime I'll cure all 3 Automatics and have plenty of time to test drive them ;) Hope you like the plan for Season 02. Of course, quality photographs will follow as soon as there is something nice to see. If you have any suggestions please leave a comment. I appreciate all of them. You guys rock!

So this is the first week of vegetation and I already think I fucked something up. I didn't give it enough light, and in 2 days all the plants stretched a bit more than I'd wanted. I also didn't remember and didn't take time to look up when I should transplant them into the Hydroponic system but I was so happy to have set everything up that after a week I transplanted all of them which probably fucked things up a bit because 3 of 5 seedlings started to lay flat like there didn't have enough stamina to hold up. If any of you has an idea what I could do to help them, I'd really appreciate it. After it happened, I adjusted PH to 5.7 and added 10L of water into each res to dilute the nutrients a bit to see if it was a bit too early, to much or something. Well, fingers crossed 😀

What a week full of problems! I have too little knowledge to tell what went wrong but almost everything went south in both water reservoirs from water and tent temperature at night, too low humidity, PH issues, nutrient burns, brownish floating things in the water to a very weak stem that cannot hold the plant up right and needs support. I've exchanged both water reservoirs, cleaned them with only water and a sponge and added 40-50L into each of fresh water and left the plants on a water only diet for a few days. They seem to get back on track very slowly but I believe they are doing better now. Dance World seems to have pretty heavy issues with this these conditions. I don't know how to get her to get better, but I'll try my best.

Another week of overall slow recovery. Before I went away for a week I've exchanged the water again, cleaned both res' and gave the plant fresh water for 2 days and than added just a quarter of the normal feed. I've also put 4cm of styrofoam under the reservoirs to raise water temperature. After a week of me being abscent the plant still seem to be weak and sick. I stabilized PH to a perfect 5.8 with no issues comparing to last week. Things are starting to look better. Hopefully I've got most of the issues under control now. I've also raised the night temperature a bit which will do good for all the plants :) I'm happy with the result because I was expecting half of the plants to be dead after my holiday. :)

Hi guys, another week has past and I'm watching this thing not develop / die in front of me. I have no idea what's up with Dance World, I had so many high hopes for this one. I can't decide if I should push the kill switch on it or let it be. It's super small, it's super weak, it looks like it will produce around 3g... just super bad. I'll def try it once again on Season 3 but for now I really don't know what to do with it. Just super sad... I'm also still struggling with the quality of all the roots and the water in both reservoirs. Some brownish things are building up pretty quickly and I don't know exactly what's wrong in the current grow so I've cleaned both reservoirs with medical grade chemicals to get rid of bacteria. This time around I've also raised the nutrients from 2/4 to 1 ml per litre. Fresh water with a 5.7PH and more new nutrients should be beneficial to all plants. Let's see how it looks in a few days :) Stay tuned and have a great day guys. XOXO

Hi guys, great week here so just a small update. Everything is going well! All plants are finally doing great for the last few weeks. They recovered so well that I topped them again (after 3 sets of new leaves), made a light defoliation and pinched the stems in a few places again. I've seen it work wonders, that's what I did the last time, it does not matter to me that much if it's an automatic nor a "regular fem" :P, I train them like I would normally. Just check out the thicker nutrient highway on all plants in comparison to other parts of the plants here and in my other diaries :D I gave'em 3x15ml of nutrients - micro-grow-bloom into 30-35L of water, it's still a little in comparison to normal amounts for this stage, but i think I'm doing a better job going the lighter feed route and checkin out practically on a daily basis if they need more. I've also made some 1x1x1cm chocolate cubes with Mimosa EVO and Purplepunch coconut oil and the are delicious and they work wonders! XOXO

Hi guys, this week has been amazing to all plants but for Dance World! It's so highly underdeveloped. I've never seen a plant stunt this much. It got hit hard in the first few weeks and somehow recovered but it never starte expanding in all directions. For now, no super fancy pictures you're all waiting for (guys that know my Trichome closeup fetish... but it will come!) Stay positive guys (just not 'rona positive, ya know what I'm sayin' :P )

Hi guys! It's flowering time big time in my hood :D All automatics went into flowering this week, just Hulkberry switched a few days earlier. I'm both happy and curious to see how the pants will develop in the coming weeks. That's the part I love the most. All the different strains will show their flavours, their true genetics, it's unique colors, shapes and trichomes. I'll be finally able to start shooting all the fine trichome close ups you all come to see here. Can't wait for the coming weeks of development. Next week I'll start adding Big Bud from Advanced Nutrients over a period of 2-3 weeks. Next week I'll defoliate big time once again and then I'll leave'em alone, but before that I'll exchange water in both res'. XOXO Cremo

Okay guys, this week has been strange as fuuuu. I did a water change in both reservoirs, gave the plants all the nutrients they need aaaaaaand I thought it would be the best time to defoliate heavily for the one more time. I'yuuuum, let's say I overdid it a bit. All the Automatics responded to my pretty heavy treatment very well in the last month but this time was different. First of all, both reservoirs cleaning, turning the lids upside down and attaching them to the the hook system again, adding around 120L of water, then adding nutrients and finaly stabilizing it took so much time that som parts of the roots started to dry out (all in all it took around 1.5h-2h), but i didn't notice it at first. THEN I did the last heavy defoliation on all the plants and LSD Auto and Critical Jack Auto looked like they were weakend very much after all this shit. 3 days in, LSD which was the biggest plant next to Hulkberry Auto has been declared dead, Critical Jack started to recover slowly. Today, a few days later it looks 80%ish recovered. I think it will recover fully in a day or two. All the other plants took the heavy beating pretty well, with those two exceptions. It's a great shame that 2 months in a LSD was essentially killed by me, but it is what it is. I took the risk and trained all the Automats like "regular" fems and until now it worked out well. I decided to germinate another Dance World since I need to know if it's just a bad seed or something else because this plants is so underdeveloped. I'll take special care of the new one :D See you guys next time XOXO Cremo

After that horrible mistake I've made last week by letting the roots dry out too much while cleaning the reservoirs the roots started to rot and the plant LSD has died this way. It never recovered from it + i've defoliated it heavily and all in all it was much for it. But since I don't know if Dance World will make it either, I'll plant another one to be sure ;) XOXO

Hi guys, a quick update here. Dance World started growing for the first time, waaaaaaaat? Yup! It's fucking growing at a very fast rate (just check out all the other 9 weeks before. It's devastating how small it grew in 2 months). It's roots almost died after the shock they've got 2 weeks ago. And if I didn't cause it (not on purpose) than I would've never seen mother nature go through that struggle of fighting with it's last breaths and outgrowing almost the whole rotting root system and grew much thicker roots from the get go (they pearced through the old roots from the inside out like a bunch of swords). It's crazy I was able to witness it! I'm very greatful for that. Peace XOXO Cremo

I'm so happy about Dance World after all the struggle we had at the begining. It's getting strong and bigger with every day! I might have to do something to it since I didn't top it. Right now I've only played a little bondage game on some branches but it can't grow too much out of control even tho she is still pretty small but it's getting closer and closer to the other plants' height already. I also removed the biggest fan leaves, I prefer to hold my plants naked ;) I'll finally switch the lights on it to flowering in about one or two weeks. Weeeeeeee :D So excited about it!!!!! Hi Guys! My Dance World is getting bigger by the day. I'm so happy that it grows like crazy after months of literal vegetation due to my inability to recognise what attacked the small root system in the reservoirs for 2 months straight. It stuned all my plants and it took soooo long for them to grow a complete new root system that is a lot thicker and bigger (you can read about it a few updates earlier). Since I'm going to switch the lights to 12/12 next week after I harvest Hulkberry Auto and Critical Jack Auto I had to do something about the main stem which wasn't topped because i didn't want to put it in more stress than it already was in. So I figured that I just make a little bondage action and will somehow work from there so Dance World wouldn't shoot straight up while the other beautifully topped and mainlined Royal Gorilla would stay flat. I have no idea I supposed to do that with a plant that wasn't topped but I don't care. I love to try new methods out :D Feel free to inform me if I'm dead wrong about it :D XOXO Cremo

Hello friends :D Dance World is a few days away from switching into flowering :D I'm so happy that all in all she survived and got sooo much bigger especially remembering the first month where she was stunt as a baby (that sounds humanly cruel tbh :P) My little bondage action on it seems to work for now. When both Automatics are removed in a couple of days both plants that are left will have half of the growroom for each other. Then I try to put on a scrog net and make it grow a bit more vertically. I don't know if I'm supposed to do that but I'll try it anyway! Stay tuned for the harvest in a few days :) XOXO Cremo

Hi guys, it's just a small update right before the switch to flowering. Everything is going fine and after 3 days of flushing the plant I'm eager to feed it with my new nutrients from @hesi. Good times are ahead after 16 weeks of veggie state :D Can't wait!!!

Okay, I've said it on many occasions here about the bacteria trouble I've had this season so I won't go into details. But one thing is for sure. I'm damn happy that Dance World survived because I have very high hopes for this one. I've read so many times about the golden 1:1 THC:CBD ratio here and elsewhere that RQSs' Dance World had to be the best choice. I've been very fortunate to get this strain (like any other RQS genetics) from RQS as part of the cup challenges. 🙏Kudos guys! I really appreciate it. Nooow. Let's cut to the chase! After the harvest of RQS Hulkberry Auto and Dinafem Critical Jack Auto I can finally switch the lights into flowering! I've been waiting 16 whole weeks to be able to finally do it! Such a great feeling. I think that it was almost necessary for this plant to have enough time to recover from the bad time at the earliest time, and get as big as it should in half the time that have passed. I've decided to bend the top of the main stem in a S curve so I could better control its height. We'll find out soon enough how that works out 😆 Now half of the tent is dedicated to bring this plant to flower! This time around I've decided to use Hesi products because I've read so much good things about it, so I naturally had to try. Let's hope for the best! See you next time. XOXO Cremo

Hi guys, Here's a quick update. The plant is doing very well. It starts transitioning. It looks healthy which makes me very happy 😊 The top of the main stem that I've put horizontally last week seems to do its job. The plant has adapted that new S curve. I just don't want to let it grow out of hand ;) Love it! See you next time! XOXO Cremo

Hi guys! It's just a small update I've wanted to share with you. It's kind of funky that this Dance World is in its 3-4 flowering week and it still didn't start to show some female parts. I think I'll have to investigate! See you soon XOXO Cremo

Welcome to another update on this beauty named Dance World by the great RQS seed bank. To be honest, I've started to worry a bit (again) looking at it because it's in its 4 week of flowering and it just happened a few days ago that it started to show its female parts. So everything is back on track. After the disaster that happened over the first 1.5 months I went the secure way and germinated another Dance World seed in case the other one doesn't make it somehow because I've heard so much good things about the 12% golden 1:1 THC:CBD ratio. The second Dance World is in the same reservoir as this one but since I've switched the lights to flowering just a few weeks after its germination, it's not as big obviously. But I don't share this plants in another diary because it's just a backup. Other than that It's also a good point of reference because it started to show its female parts the same day as the first Dance World that is so much older. I hope that soon enough I'll be able to take new beautiful photographs of if maturing. This is my favorite part of the whole process :). So stay tuned and have a great weekend. XOXO Cremo

Hi guys, It's gonna be a quick update on the Dance World. Everything is going great so far. This week has been a blast. This plant starts to smell a bit citrusy, it's still super early to tell but in a few weeks the smell should be a lot more dominant. As you can see from the last few pictures, the roots are doing great. They are developing lots of new nodes at the top and bottom I love it a lot. Now, it's time for a res change and we'll see you next week :) BTW. I've planted a second Dance World in the back a few weeks before the 12/12 switch just in case so if you're wondering what the second root system is, now you know ;) (I had to do it after all this plant has been through). Happy Harvest Day!

I have a hard time rating Dance World because It's been such a pain in the ass to grow over the last 20+ weeks. On the other hand I was clever enough to plant a backup (just in case it suddenly dies) which grows normally without any hiccups. I love the smell and I'll def update this harvest as soon as the curing is properly done.

RIP. That's the acronym I really wanted to avoid before harvesting Dance World. It's amazing how fast a plants' life can turn around in a couple of days. It's been such a pain in the ass to grow it over the past 20+ weeks. On the other hand I was clever enough to plant a backup just in case this happens! A week before, the plant was thriving, 3 days later (after a res water change) it started to die off extremely fast and after 5 days I could only harvest what was left. It's definitely my fault because I've apparently left its roots outside of water for too long (a bit over an hour) and even tho there were huge and in great shape, it was long enough to start dying off almost instantenously. As some of you know I had some pretty bad problems at the beginning with bacteria in my reservoirs so all the plants didn't have a great first month and a half. In retrospect I can tell that it's the second time this grow season that I killed a plant because its roots were outside of water for too long (RIP LSD). On the other side, I'm almost sure that this one seed was not of the quality Royal Queen Seeds normally provides. It just happens from time to time and no one is to blame for. Even though it was a challange to grow this plant, I was the one that didn't realize that a bit too much of fresh air might kill it this fast. Now, after a few days after all that jazz I'm okay about the whole thing and I came to the conclusion that the only thing I still can do to honor this plants life is to shoot some nice pictures of its final stage. So friends. Here it is. The last day of the Dance World (and a few shots of the backup).🙏 PS: I'll continue this diary and will update it with the progress of the backup Dance World 😌

Hi guys :D I know my done with my Dance World, but due to the difficult grow I've decided to plant a backup Dance World just in case. Well, it turned out to be a good call because as you probably might know, the first Dance World died a few weeks before harvest. That's why I decided to continue this diary with my backup plant to show you all what it really is capable of if not introduced to bad conditions. I've started this backup just 3-4 weeks before switching to flowering and I've topped it only once. I let it grew at its own pace where all the other plants were already after 16-18 weeks of veg so it naturally got less sun and space to grow, but now it's the only one left in the tent so I take as much space as I can to give the buds as much light as possible. This Dance World has only a few branches which resulted in fricking big and heavy buds! Most of them are way thicker than my fist, more like the size of a 3/4 of a forearm. They are still growing exceptionally well. The buds are so heavy that the branches themselves cannot hold them which is fine for me because I use my scrog net to lay them flat and make all the buds appreciate the light penetration. The trichomes are starting to go all milky, I believe they are about 2 weeks from harvest, and looking at the fast growth, they'll get a lot bigger in this period. I'm looking forward to the harvest because these are by far the biggest nugs I've grown so far. Hesi nutrients are the shit! Now please enjoy the nice macro shots of this beautiful plant! XOXO Cremo

Hi guys. It's a small update to the backup Dance World plant. I've chopped it down a few weeks ago or so and I'm really pleased to report that it came out terrific (for a backup plant with no room at least)! Here are the specs: Wet: 396g Dry: 84g (believe it or not but I've estimated 85g from my previous drying experience looking at the wet weight) It's been a while and it cured for a few weeks now and all I can tell is that 12/12% THC:CBD is sooooo good for a daytime use. If you take a look at my previous strain selection, they range inbetween 20-27% THC so I really didn't know what to think of a 12% THC strain but since every single blog post and people here were talking about the golden 1:1 THC:CBD ratio, I had to try this one out, and I love it! I still didn't have much time to dive deep into the effects of the strain, so I can't really tell nothing about the CBD effects on my body but the 12% THC make it a real nice and lite high compared to the usual suspects. I can think clearly but it gives me a nice kind of chill, hard to explain. I'll need to research that in near future. For now I really like it and can only recommend it to anyone who likes to stay very productive but would also like to take a bit of the edge off. I'm really glad that I've cultivated a low THC strain because I thought that the higher percentage the better, but I was wrong. It all comes down to the moment and the actual need :) So that's it. Take care good people and have stay safe! XOXO Cremo

@@@OimRausch,thanks for the pro tip on the other strain. I didn't research it well enough to select the strongest 1:1 strain ;) but I'll keep it in mind for a future growseason. Right now another pure cbd strain is waiting for S03, this time from buddha seeds, a lovely pinkish-red strain I forgot the name of :P

@Cremo, Have fun, like the Danceworld very much. If you like those strains I can definately recomend the StressKiller from RQS. Similar effect like Dancehall (Ratio is 17/17 i think... not sure) but with a tremendous Terpene Profile... made it to my top 10...it tastes wonderful👌

Looking good Mate, Don't worry that the transition takes so long. It's the cold temps during the night. Slows everything down. Prepare to add 2 or 3 Weeks to your time schedule for this damsel. Servus✌️

@@OimRausch, yes, exactly. That's what I've been thinking of. I hope it won't be more than 1 or 2 weeks longer since this grow season takes so long already. On one hand I want it to be over. On the other im super happy that I'm about to shoot super awesome photograps over the next month! Can't wait!

@Taito, now I know what the deal has been with all the plants. I cleaned my reservoir only with water and a sponge. That's why bacteria evolved almost instantly after res water change. After I realised that, I've cleaned it with some heavy chemicals and it did the job. The only sad thing is that I realised it after a month and a half :/

My condoleances on your loss. Though you seem recovering its always painfull to lose a plant in that stage and that beautiful. I feel with you. As a good teacher of mine said: the best lessons are painful. You seem to have converted the loss in a learning experience already, which is best we can do. Good luck with the backup, whe will be wonderful too!! Take care!!

@BioBuds, thank you, Sir. Yes, you're completely right. I've lost 3 plants in that season due to bad bacteria in my reservoirs. Now I know to scratch young plants if I encounter root problems at an early stage because they'll be super weak and the roots will be much more delicate to any change in the res. But it's probably been the biggest learning experience thus far for me.
