04/01 Yea so big shocker today. A couple of hours into the morning my TSW-2000 stopped working. This sux as I just paid 280 bux a month ago. Hopefully, they will get back to me promptly. I do my best to promote their product so they should take care of me. we shall see..... 04/03 Still waiting for a resolution. Seem like they are good for 1 email a day
