Welcome to another epic run...buckle up and enjoy the ride! 😎🙏
I'm so stoked to run this cultivar from the experts at Dutch Passion I germinated two of them! I've ALWAYS had great success growing Dutch Passion genetics, experiencing monstrous yields and extremely stable genetics whose consistency can always be counted on. 😎👍
~Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is the Autoflowering version of their photoperiod cannabis strain Glueberry OG. To make Glueberry OG an autoflower, they crossed the Gorilla Glue x OG with the original Auto Blueberry. In this way they managed to keep the same taste as well as the same effect. This autoflower guarantees a super tasty end-result!
~Auto Glueberry OG produces large plants with a high yield and potent, tasty weed
~Auto Glueberry OG is a Sativa dominant hybrid autoflower developed for its special fragrance and flavor profile combined with a very high yield. This strain is known by growers worldwide for the excellent yield. This is a real XXL autoflower to love!
~The photoperiod parent (Glueberry OG) provides the excellent aroma and flavor. This 3-way cross from Blueberry with Gorilla Glue x OG Kush is the perfect combination of an old school variety with ‘new school’ USA genetics. Auto Glueberry OG is a tall autoflower that normally grows to about 100-150cm in height. *credit-Dutch Passion
~Grown 100% organic in 10g fabric pots with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium amended with 2tbs/g Down To Earth 4-4-4 / 2 cups/g Earthworm Castings / 1tbs/g Dr. Earth Flower Girl 2-8-4 and 1tbs/g Dr. Earth Bat Guano.
~24hr light cycle during germination / 19/5 light cycle for Veg & Flower
~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and weekly Compost Tea's.
So here we go starting Week One/Germination, the Glueberry OG's were the first ones to show themselves in the tent and I've got a feeling they'll be continuing to showboat for the next 12 weeks!
2/22- We're going to call this Day One for both girls. They were both planted directly into the medium of their 10g fabric pots filled with a 70/30 Coco/Perlite mix from Mother Earth that was pre-moistened and up to temperature. I watered them in with approximately 1oz. of 6.5 ph water and placed a clear Solo cup over each of them. I have the HLG 650R set at 150w and kept it on 24hrs. The tent temperature is maintaining a constant 78-80 degrees F with a RH of 53%. Three days after planting both broke ground with the #2 being the stronger looking of the pair. Once they sprouted and opened up to expose their first leaves I removed the Solo cups to avoid any issues with rot. I'll keep monitoring them several times a day to make sure they're healthy and to water them if necessary. They should really start taking off in the next few days...I can't wait, can you?😍
2/24- Well both of the girls are up, have their first real set of leaves, and are doing fantastic! All I'm doing right now is giving them 1-2oz of de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 170ppm's once or twice daily depending on the moisture level of their medium. I fired up the humidifier in the tent to raise the RH to 55%, as our air is cold and extremely dry this time of year (33%RH), which will get the VPD into a better range so the girls can process water/nutrients more efficiently. Tent temp's are a steady 79-80deg. F and I eased the HLG 650R, which is currently hung @48", up to 200w and will monitor to see how they like the additional PAR.
2/25- Checked on the girls this morning and... Oh NOOOOO! The #1 pheno was laid over and not looking good! I have no clue as to what happened, whether it was not enough RH - too wet - pathogen??? I propped her up in hopes that she'd recover but am sad to report that she didn't make it. I went ahead and soaked another seed in a glass of water for 24hrs., then placed it between wet paper towels in a warm/dark spot. Hopefully this one will germinate fast so I can get it in the plantless pot! The # 2 continues to rock n roll and gets watered daily with de-chlorinated 6.3-6.6 water @ 74-77deg.
2/27- Checked the seed in the paper towel today and no sign of it popping yet...hmmm? If this one fails to germinate I'll more than likely replace it with a different auto cultivar. #2 continues to impress showing improvement and growth daily.
2/28- Week One is on the books! The #2 pheno is really doing well and I'm thoroughly impressed by her structure and growth so far. I only wish the #1 phenotype had not died, as now I've got to make a decision as to what strain to put in it's place as a result of the seed germinating in the baggie has not popped and I don't think waiting another 24hrs will make a difference. For the soon to be ONLY pheno of this strain, I've upped the daily watering amounts for the #2, soaking the entire surface area of her 10g pot. Previously, I was just watering in the immediate 6" diameter area around the seedling. Now I want to make sure that there is moist medium throughout the pot to enable the explosive root growth that I'm hoping for courtesy of Great White root stimulator. She is still getting straight de-chlorinated water daily in the morning that's ph'd to 6.4-6.6 @ 74-78deg., and will continue to do so throughout the run with the exception of weekly Compost Tea's as this run is 100% organic using pre-amended medium and only getting top dressed through the run every 3-4 weeks.
Thanks for hanging in for this week! Things should be getting a lot more interesting in the coming weeks...Stay tuned and Stay Blessed! 😎🙏
Well here we go into Week One of Veg! 👏😎 With a week of initial growth behind her now, the Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is doing great and sprouting her 3rd sets of leaves which is such a beautiful sight to see!
Thank you for following along this journey with me! Growing these beautiful cultivars is always better with someone to share the experience with....come along and enjoy! 😎🙏
~Grown 100% organic in a 10g fabric pot with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium amended with 2tbs/g Down To Earth 4-4-4 / 2 cups/g Earthworm Castings / 1tbs/g Dr. Earth Flower Girl 2-8-4 and 1tbs/g Dr. Earth Bat Guano.
~24hr light cycle during germination / 19/5 light cycle for Veg & Flower
~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed, top dressed every 3-4 weeks and weekly Compost Tea's.
3/1- I'm watering her twice daily with de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 74-76deg. 200ppm. Today I added 2.5ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+ to her watering. I'm using a pump sprayer with a hose and wand attached that has a fine spray head on it now. When I water I am just giving enough right now to keep the soil moist, not wet, in the upper half of her pot as her roots haven't developed and penetrated to that point yet. As she matures and her root system develops into the monster I'm hoping for, I'll increase the amount of water she receives to ensure that the microbial colony thrives. Tent temp's are maintaining 78-80deg during the light cycle and 72-74deg for their 5 hour dark period. RH in the 4x4 range from 47-55% and the co2 level from 460-530ppm. I've got the HLG 650R's hung all the way up @ 42" now and have them set to 200w at the wall each. I'll be slowly dropping the light as she gets bigger and can tolerate the additional intensity without getting stressed. Later, in pre-flower, I'll switch the supplemental UVA Bar on to really boost trichome production and terpenes during flowering!
3/3- Day 10 and she's every bit of 3" tall now and looking like she's going to be a fairly large phenotype! Wait till her roots break out of the starter medium (no amendments) she's in and into the 10 gallons of amended/microbe rich medium. I watered her today with 1/4 gallon of de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 with 1tbsp/g of Wild Alaskan Fish liquid added to give a little nutrition to the microbes. I'll follow up this weekend with some added unsulfured molasses to give the microbial colonies some more goodies to feast on. Gotta keep the microbes happy as they are responsible for providing nutrition for the plants, take care of your microbes and they'll take care of the plants! The tent temp's are maintaining 78-80 degrees during the light cycle and 72-74 degrees for their 5 hour dark period. RH in the Gorilla 4x8 range from 47-55% and the co2 level from 460-530ppm. The Auto Glueberry OG is healthy and she's getting taller by the day. She is at 3" now and I anticipate her taking off really soon. We'll have to wait and see how long her 'legs' turn out to be! 😎🙏
3/5- Day 12 and she's giving all the signs of being a large specimen!
She's in the process of sprouting her third 'true' set of leaves which will have five 'fingers' on them.
I went ahead and added 5ml/g of Alaskan Fish Extract 5-1-1 to her water which was de-chlorinated and ph'd to 6.4 @ 76deg. 400ppm.
I'm using the pump sprayer with the spray head set to a fairly fine cone. I'm giving her .25g twice a day keeping the medium moist all the way through to the bottom of the medium.
I've found that if the roots encounter 'dry' medium it rapidly pisses off cannabis cultivars, ESPECIALLY autoflowers, so we're not going to explore that scenario....we're staying moist, not wet! 😁
I anticipate, based on her current rate of growth, that she'll really be taking off going into the latter part of week two going into week three and has the makings of a giant!.
I'd really like to see this girl veg for at least 30-40 days before starting to flower, which will result in a huge cultivar....we'll have to see what happens won't we?😎🙏
3/7- Week One of veg is here and gone and the Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is loving life! This girl has great color and her structure is perfect, with fairly well spaced internodes, and I feel she's going to be a tall one!
I've added nightly foliar feeding to her schedule and she's loving it! Her water intake continues @ 0.5g of de-chlorinated well water daily which is ph'd to 6.4-6.5 @ 74deg. after any additives (Fox Farm Wholly Mackerel, Botanicare CalMag+) are mixed in using either Alchemist PH Down or General Hydroponics PH Up which are diluted in 2 cups of water before being added to the remaining water.
This dilution before addition prevents any chemical reaction that might occur from adding the PH Up/PH Down straight into the water that has nutrients in it, which would possibly have negative affects on the plant.
If her growth continues through next week, as I'm anticipating, I will most likely begin LST on her to get a jump on her before she gets too tall and stiff.
😎🙏 Thank you for tagging along so far! Things should be getting more interesting as the coming weeks approach! I'm excited...are you? See you next week! 😎👍
Well here we go into Week Two of Veg! 👏😎 With two weeks of initial growth behind her now, the Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is doing great and sprouting her 4th set of leaves which means LST will start soon for this girl!
3/8- I must say this Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG continues to impress me and is fast approaching my favorites list! She continues to gain size, is maintaining her color & vigor and has perfect structure! Just another phenomenal cultivar from the EXPERTS at Dutch Passion! 😎👍
I'm continuing to water twice daily with 0.25g of de-chlorinated water that is ph'd to 6.4-6.6 @ 74 degrees with an EC of 0.2-0.4. Every other day I'm adding 5ml/g of Fox Farms Wholly Mackerel and twice weekly adding 3ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+. Tomorrow she'll be getting her first Compost Tea {Wiggle Worm Castings/Alfalfa Meal/Kelp Meal/Unsulfured Molasses and a small amount of Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 dry amendment and 1 scoop of Great White Mycorrhiza} that I started yesterday, of which she'll receive 0.5g of... She should love it!😍
I am also continuing to give her nightly Foliar feedings via spray bottle just before the dark period with Fox Farms Flower Kiss which she's digging!
Insofar as environmental conditions, the tent temperatures remain a consistent 68-78 degrees with the RH running 50-55% currently and the co2 levels going from 500ppm's on the low end to 900 on the high side. The HLG 650Ris currently @ 40" above canopy pulling 300w at the wall. I'll crank up the 650R some more as her growth progresses. Lastly, when she starts pre-flower I'll start supplementing additional co2 up to 1200ppm's.
The biggest challenge when growing indoors organically with 10g pots is providing just the right amount of water as you want the medium throughout the ENTIRE pot to be moist (not wet) to give the root system every opportunity to spread throughout the medium all the way to the sides and bottom (or close to it). That said, keeping up with adequate watering is a challenge, but extremely essential for optimal plant growth.
With a 10g pot FILLED with a root mass you WILL get enormous results provided all other factors are kept on point....and that's the KEY! Perfect environmental conditions, proper feeding and watering, good genetics and a HUGE root system (1200ppm's of additional co2 helps a bunch too!) = Monster Cannabis!💪😎
3/10- The Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG received her first Compost Tea yesterday and it looks like she loved it! (knew she would...lol!). I gave her approx. 1/2g of tea, fed to her gradually to allow the medium to absorb the tea.
I also began LST to get a handle on her before she gets away from me. With a tent full I try to keep everyone manageable as possible.
Her color continues to slowly improve and her vigor continues to be excellent. The holes that appeared on her first leaf set are a thing of the past and no sign of any further issues atm.
The temp's in the Gorilla 4x8 are running 72-80 degrees with a 45-50% RH which is perfect for her right now. The HLG 650R is @ 40" and pulling 300w at the wall which is just under half power. 😎👍
3/12- Well she is 18 Days old today! My girl is on a growth spurt, approaching 5'' tall, and sprouting her sixth set of leaves which are fully out. Her next set of leaves are visible and should be out in a day or two as she seems to sprout more leaves daily. She continues to receive LST to create as many colas as possible and she's its taking it in stride without complaint!
She continues to receive nightly foliar feeding with Fox Farms Flower Kiss mixed @ 5ml/g and applied just before the 5 hour dark period. Daily watering's continue with de-chlorinated water which has 5ml/g of Fox Farms Wholly Mackerel added to it, then it's ph'd to 6.4-6.6 @ 72deg. with a 0.4 EC.
The HLG 650R is 40" above her and set to 300w at the wall. Tent temperatures are a steady 80.1 degrees thanks to my AC Infinity Cloudline T6 w/ Controller which is set to maintain the 80 degree temp. automatically by varying the fan speed....Works like a charm! 😎👍 RH in the 4x8 is 45-55% and all fans are running now as well as the IdealAir 14k BTU A/C unit. Next week I will lower the light to 38" and increase the wattage to 350 at the wall.
She really is shaping up to be an absolute perfect specimen of this auto strain from Dutch Passion. She's got perfect structure, has extreme vigor and phenomenal growth rate... Look out for this girl!😎👍
3/14- Well there goes another week behind us on this journey to dank, sticky buds!
OMG this Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is shaping up to be a monster! When the breeder says XXL they mean it, she's putting out new growth daily and her rate of growth is incredible!
I'm continuing to water her daily with .50g of de-chlorinated water which has 5ml/g of Fox Farms Wholly Mackerel added, then was ph'd to 6.6 @ 72 degrees 0.4 EC using Alchemist PH Down which was diluted before being added to the solution. Her nightly foliar feedings using Fox Farms Flower Kiss @ 5ml/g just before the 5 hour dark cycle continues as well which has made a very noticeable difference in her overall vigor! I have not, in the past, used foliar feeding a lot but in light of how this girl is responding, I'll be foliar feeding an all my future runs!😍
~Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey through the next weeks as things will be getting more exciting as the next weeks approach... Grow Strong! 😎🙏~
Well here we go into Week Three of Veg! 👏😎 With three weeks of initial growth behind her now, the Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is doing great and she's sprouting new growth everyday. What an exceptional specimen of this strain she is shaping up to be! It'll be exciting to see her development as the coming weeks progress! Thank you for following along this journey with me because growing these beautiful cultivars is always better with someone to share the experience with....come along and enjoy! 😎🙏
~Grown 100% organic in a 10g fabric pot with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium amended with 2tbs/g Down To Earth 4-4-4 / 2 cups/g Earthworm Castings / 1tbs/g Dr. Earth Flower Girl 2-8-4 and 1tbs/g Dr. Earth Bat Guano.
~24hr light cycle during germination / 19/5 light cycle for Veg & Flower
~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed, top dressed every 3-4 weeks and weekly Compost Tea's.
3/15- Week Three of veg....now things will get interesting fast with the phenomenal growth that this girl is exhibiting!
I must say this Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG continues to really impress me with her rate of growth, vigor and overall ease of growing. She takes everything you can throw at her and asks politely for more whether it be LST, water or nutrients, she takes it all in stride without complaint!
She continues to receive nightly foliar feedings with Fox Farms Flower Kiss mixed @ 5ml/g and applied just before the 5 hour dark period. Daily watering's continue with de-chlorinated water to which I'm now alternating adding 5ml/g of Fox Farms Wholly Mackerel to for a feed and then switching to Fox Farms Microbe Brew @ 5ml/g and Fox Farms Big Bloom (OMRI organic) @ 10ml/g then each is ph'd to 6.4-6.6 @ 72deg. with a 0.4 EC 350-400ppm.
I'll be top dressing her later this week with her first organic dry amendments. I'll be giving her a 60/40 mix of 4-4-4 and 3-9-4 @ 2 tbsp. per gallon of medium worked in by hand, then watered in. This should really give her a much needed boost for her pre-flower stretch!
When I water I soak the her pot thoroughly, but not to the point of runoff. Twice a week when I water I add water to the tray under her pot to let the medium draw up the liquid into the pot to ensure that it's moist throughout for those roots to grow into! 😎👍
3/17- This girl continues to impress! She's almost 10" now although you can't tell due to the LST tying her down but, trust me, she's a beast and promises to really turn out something special!
She received a heavy watering yesterday in two portions. First, at the start of the light cycle, I gave her .5 gallon de-chlorinated water with 5ml/g Botanicare CalMag+ and 5ml/g Botanicare Silica Blast added and then ph'd to 6.5 @72 degrees using Alchemist PH Down to make the adjustment. This watering was given through the bottom of her pot by filling the drip pan and letting the fabric pot draw up the liquid into it, giving the medium in the lower half of the pot much needed moisture for the growing root system. The second watering at mid-day was given through the top of the pot via pump sprayer which was filled with the identical solution used to water earlier and she received .25g.
Foliar feedings continue 4-5 nights a week and I can see a noticeable improvement in her overall appearance as a result of the foliar feedings.
I have the HLG 650R cranked up to 400w at the wall now and still hung @ 40" above canopy which resulted in the tent temp's rising slightly requiring the IdealAir AC unit's thermostat to be lowered to compensate.
I have the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 fan with Controller set on 'Auto Hi Temp' with it set to 79 degrees. It's been doing fantastic, adjusting the fans speed automatically, keeping tent temperatures no higher than 80.1 degrees with a RH of 55%. The AutoPilot co2 Controller is now set to a 900ppm setpoint, with a 100ppm window setpoint which has the co2 levels running 800-1000ppm's in the Gorilla 4x8.
At this point I'm just maintaining her water and training daily, watching her rapid growth and anxiously awaiting signs of pre-flower which I hope will not be too soon allowing her to gain size!... How much FUN this is! 😍
3/19- She's continuing her phenomenal growth rate and has such a perfect structure (Thank you Dutch Passion Genetics!), Picture perfect! Huge shade leaves, tight node spacing and thick branches are going to make for an exceptional example of this exciting cultivar once she's done!
Daily watering's continue with de-chlorinated water to which I'm now alternating adding 5ml/g of Fox Farms Wholly Mackerel to for a feed along with Fox Farms Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.25tsp per gallon then is ph'd to 6.4-6.6 @ 72deg. with a 0.4 EC 350-400ppm.
Her nightly foliar feedings with Fox Farms Flower Kiss mixed @ 5ml/g continue and are applied just before the 5 hour dark period.
3/21- I decided to go ahead and top dress with organic dry amendments today.
I used Dr. Earth Premium 4-4-4 and Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 @ 2 tbsp. per gallon of medium, with a ratio of 43%/57% respectively, which I spread around in her pot and then worked it into the top layer of medium by hand. After working it in, I watered it in thoroughly with .75g of de-chlorinated water with 5ml/g of Fox Farms Microbe Brew added to further inoculate the medium with beneficial bacteria and mycorrhiza which should really give a boost to my girl as she gets ready to go into pre-flower.
Well here we go with Week Three of veg behind us and now there's nothing but excitement from here on out!.
Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as things will be getting more exciting as the next weeks approach with the girls starting pre-flower... Grow Strong! 😎🙏
Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as things will be getting more exciting as the next weeks approach with her starting pre-flower... Grow Strong! 😎🙏
Well here we go into Week Four of Veg! 👏😎 With Four weeks of initial growth behind her now, the Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is doing great and she's sprouting new growth everyday, and talk about some HUGE shade leaves!.
3/22- Well Week Four of veg is here and the Auto Glueberry OG just keeps chugging along. She's not showing any signs of pre-flower yet which means she's going to get big. I'm thankful that I decided to top dress her yesterday as the dry amendments are slow release which will start providing nutrients right at the time when she'll need them the most!
Her color and vigor remain on point and she's got the biggest...shade leaves I've seen in awhile on a 4 week old, and she'll need them to absorb all that HLG 650R love from above! I've been checking leaf temp's with a laser and they're running around 74-76 degrees F.
After the heavy watering in of her top dress yesterday her pot was still HEAVY so I'm not watering today to give her pot an opportunity to dry out some as the last thing I want is her to have 'wet feet' which will lead to root rot and an anaerobic condition in the medium...no bueno!
The Gorilla 4x8 temp's are running in the mid 70's during the light cycle and drop to the upper 60's when the HLG 650R (which is pulling 400w at the wall now) is off. RH is currently at 50-55% to try and keep the VPD numbers in a decent range.
3/24- I'm spending most of my time with her now gently training her branches using Engineering Essentials Training Clips (which work FANTASTIC!), stressing her a little as possible, removing a leaf here and there that's blocking light penetration into the canopy and watering, as she's almost into pre-flower and more or less on auto-pilot.
I checked the moisture level of her pot this morning, it was moist in the upper 2/3 but dry in the bottom. I watered her from the bottom giving her 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with 0.25ml/g of Fox Farms Microbe Brew which was ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 degrees F with a 0.4 EC 200ppm pouring it into her drip tray letting the pot draw in the water it needs, which it did in about 5 minutes. I'm not supplying a ton of nutrients via the water as I just top-dressed her and she'll be getting everything she needs from that and what the microbial colony provides. I'll add some Wiggle Worm castings to her medium at the end of the week to give her a organic boost in the butt!
I still can't get over how big her shade leaves are and how thick her growth has become! I'm hoping to see her get to stretching any time now and then going into flower! 😎🙏
3/26- My girl continues to impress me by the day with new growth and really good looking color overall. I've plucked a few leaves here and there that were blocking light penetration and continue to gently coax her branches down twice daily to keep her as spread out as possible.
She hasn't entered pre-flower yet but I'll bet she'll be stretching her ass off now when she does so I'll be staying on top of everything, making sure water/nutrients/environment are all on point and remain there to assure she encounters ZERO stress.
Daily watering continues with 0.75g straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 degrees 200ppm 0.4 EC given to her in the morning. Foliar feeding before lights out continues every other night with Fox Farms Flower Kiss @ 3ml/g.
3/28- So long Week 4! OMG...This Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG has turned into an absolutely phenomenal specimen with gorgeous color, structure and growth rate... this girl will be hard to beat!
Daily watering continues with 0.75g straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 degrees 200ppm 0.4 EC given to her first thing in the morning after the light comes on. Foliar feeding before lights out continues every other night.
Her water intake has increased slightly and I've been dividing her watering up to twice daily, with the second watering 10 hours into the light cycle, to keep up with her needs.
I spend the majority of my time 'tucking & plucking' leaves and making sure the environment stays as close to on point as possible for her.
As I've said, I'm so impressed by how this cultivar has turned out that I will always have a spot in my future runs for Dutch Passion genetics, both autoflower AND photo's! 😍👍
~Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as things will be getting more exciting as the next weeks approach with the girls starting pre-flower... Grow Strong! 😎🙏~
Well here we go into Week Five of Veg! 👏😎 With Five weeks of initial growth behind her now, the Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is doing great and she's still sprouting new growth everyday, what a BEAST! What an exceptional specimen of this strain she is shaping up to be! It'll be exciting to see her development as the coming weeks progress! Thank you for following along this journey with me because growing these beautiful cultivars is always better with someone to share the experience with....come along and enjoy! 😎🙏
~Grown 100% organic in a 10g fabric pot with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium amended with 2tbs/g Down To Earth 4-4-4 - 2 cups/g Earthworm Castings - 1tbs/g Dr. Earth Flower Girl 2-8-4 and 1tbs/g Dr. Earth Bat Guano.
~24hr light cycle during germination / 19/5 light cycle for Veg & Flower
~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed, top dressed every 3-4 weeks and weekly Compost Tea's.
3/29- This is one BUSHY girl! Tomorrow I'm going to go in an do some defoliation on her to open her up...she's just clogged up with growth! She's a beast, can handle the stress and in less than a week you won't be able to tell I did anything!
Daily watering continues with 0.75g straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 degrees 200ppm 0.4 EC given to her first thing in the morning after the light comes on. Foliar feeding before lights out continues every other night.
3/31- Watered her this morning with 0.75g straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 degrees 200ppm 0.4 EC
I went ahead and also did a major defoliation on her today to get rid of the vegetation that was choking out the deeper/inner sections of her. After removing a ton of leaves the light now penetrates completely through her canopy's down to her medium....perfect! 😎👍
The HLG 650R is now pulling 450w at the wall and remains 38" above canopy. Temperatures, RH and VPD all are gtg and on point with 'daytime' temps at a constant 76 degrees @ 50% RH, dropping to 65 degrees during the dark period.
4/2- The Auto Glueberry OG fully bounced back from her defoliation 3 days ago and you really can't tell I did anything at all (I'm so leery about stripping autoflowers too much and this always happens to me 😜).
I'm letting her tell me what she needs now. I'm closely monitoring her, watering when she show signs of needing it (leaves JUST starting to droop) and nutrients (when her color JUST starts to be not as vibrant). Right now she is doing phenomenally and is STILL putting out new growth at a crazy pace!!
When I'm watering her it is with 0.75g straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 degrees 200ppm 0.4 EC and I'm watering her pot through the top, allowing time for the medium to slowly absorb it, avoiding any runoff.
I also placed the pot riser back under her to avoid the possibility of an anaerobic condition to develop from the bottom of the pot staying wet, which could cause all kinds of issues including Root Rot.
This weekend I will top dress her with 2 cups of Wiggle Worm Castings and then water it in with 0.75g straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 degrees 200ppm 0.4 EC.
I'll run an air pump with air stones in it to oxygenate the water which REALLY helps keep the environment in the medium aerobic, which both the roots and microbes LOVE!
When I water in the castings I'll add 2 tbsp. per gallon of Grandma's Unsulfured Molasses to the water which will supercharge the microbes!
4/4- I top dressed her with 2 cups of Wiggle Worm castings and watered it in with 0.50g straight de-chlorinated water to which I added 1/4 tsp/g of Fox Farms Beastie Bloomz, then ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 degrees 400ppm 0.8 EC to really give the medium/microbes a huge boost which will result in one happy Glueberry OG!
This morning my girl looked absolutely VIBRANT with beautiful color and leaves all praying! She must have really enjoyed the PK boost from yesterday huh?! When I checked her medium was still fairly moist so I held off with the AM watering and will take a look at her this afternoon and see whether she wants a drink or not...she'll tell me!
Well it's really been a great week, the Auto Glueberry OG is STILL in veg and getting taller and bushier by the day (can't tell at all that I defoliated her 5 days ago)! Next week promises to be just as, if not more, exciting so stay tuned for all the action! 😍
~Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as things will be getting more exciting as the next weeks approach with the Auto Glueberry OG hopefully finishing her stretch and getting into some flowering!... Grow Strong! 😎🙏~
Well here we go into Week SIX of Veg! 👏😎 With Six weeks of initial growth behind her now, the Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is doing great and she's still sprouting new growth everyday, what a BEAST! I can't believe she's still vegging and has not shown any signs of pre-flower yet!
4/5- Week Six and OMG she's still in veg! My girl's happy, healthy and is a vibrant green! She's only 14" tall right now but I anticipate her taking off in her pre-flower stretch anytime now...we'll have to see. This is a 12 week cultivar with Gorilla Glue heritage so there's no question as to what's getting ready to happen... She's gonna EXPLODE! 😍
I've switched up her feeding slightly by now supplementing her water once a week each with Unsulfured Molasses and Honey @ 2 tbsp/g and 2 tsp/g respectively. The Molasses gives a boost to the microbial colony as well as being loaded with essential minerals and micro-nutrients that the plant loves. The Honey really promotes healthy root systems and is a natural anti-bacterial which I've used for decades with tremendous success!
I now have the HLG 650R (hung 38" above canopy) pulling 520w at the wall and will wait to give her max power when I start adding UVA once she's into flower. Adding UVA for 4 hours in the middle of the light cycle for the last 2-3 weeks of flower really turns on the trichome production and, although I can't prove it yet, has possible positive effects on the terpenes as well.
Environmentally, the 'daytime' temp's are a steady 77.4 degrees F and drop to 65 degrees F during the 'nighttime'. The RH is staying around 42-46% which I'd like to be higher to lower the VPD but as she appears healthy and happy, I'll let it ride! I also put the risers back under her pot to ensure that the bottom of the fabric pot gets adequate airflow preventing a possible anaerobic condition from the roots not getting any oxygen, therefore killing them (it only takes 20 minutes of oxygen deprivation to kill cannabis roots! Keep this in mind when watering...don't drown your roots!). 😎👍
4/7- Forty five days and she's still in veg! I had to defoliate her again to keep her open and prevent her from choking herself out.
She's @ 15 inches and has completely covered her 10g pot with her foliage. She's a drinker and gets hers every morning to the tune of 0.75g of dechlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 deg. after any nutrients are added. When she does get fed it's with molasses, honey or Fox Farms nutrients.
I anticipate her showing signs of flower any day now and I'm checking her religiously daily. I'm just blown away by this girl's looong veg period which should make for a XXL cultivar which is how Dutch Passion advertises this strain.
4/9- Still in veg...She got her morning water of 0.75g dechlorinated water with Fox Farms Kelp Me Kelp You added and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 71 deg.
She's looking large and in charge and is taking everything that I can throw at her whether it be nutrients, water, light or stress!
The HLG 650R (hung 38" above canopy) is now cranked up to max power and is pulling 660w at the wall and has tent temp's running around 81 deg. during the light cycle. Once she starts flowering and is a few weeks in, I'll start adding supplemental UVA for four hours during the middle of the light cycle to boost trichome production!
The co2 controller is set to 1000 ppm's with a 100 ppm swing which is keeping tent levels at the canopy around 700-850 ppm's due to having the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to 'Auto High Temp' of 78 deg. which has the exhaust fan speed running pretty high which sucks out the co2. It's always a tradeoff of running the tent with positive pressure and high co2 levels, with higher temp's... Or run negative pressure with nominal co2 levels and ideal temp's which uses more co2 and conversely factors into the operational costs.
4/11- Six weeks of veg!....Really??? This girl's on track to be a record breaker! With new growth constantly busting out when this lady finally decides to flower...Look out 'cause that's when the 'hulk' in her will show itself!
I watered her with 0.75g of dechlorinated water with Fox Farms Open Sesame added @ 0.5 tsp/g, then ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 deg. 0.8 EC
I'm very curious as to what next week will bring...pre-flower? more veg? Stay tuned!
~Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as things will be getting more exciting as the next weeks approach as this girl gets ready to go into flower mode... Grow Strong! 😎🙏~
Well here we go into Week Seven! 👏😎 With seven weeks of initial growth behind her now, the Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is doing great and she's still sprouting new growth everyday, what a BEAST! I can't believe how long she stayed vegging. It'll be exciting to see her development as the coming weeks progress and she goes into flower beast mode! Thank you for following along this journey with me because growing these beautiful cultivars is always better with someone to share the experience with....come along and enjoy! 😎🙏

~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed, top dressed every 3-4 weeks and weekly Compost Tea's.
4/12- We're starting the week off with a 'no water' day as when I checked her pot this morning it was fairly heavy. Today I went ahead and defoliated her AGAIN... The rate that she puts out new growth is amazing!
It looks like I can finally see some signs that she's transitioning into flower but I'm going to wait a day or two before I call 'Day 1F'.
The rest of the day was spent giving her pot a 1/4 turn, 'tuck' a couple of shade leaves and monitor temp's in the tent.... Easy peasy!
We're in-between seasons now and on warm days the grow room A/C unit has a difficult time keeping the tent below 80 degrees with the HLG 650R now cranked up to full power pulling 660w at the wall. On the warmest days I have been cranking the light back to 400w later in the afternoon, which is the warmest part of the day, which seems to help a lot. Once I turn on the main A/C, the grow room A/C will have no problem keeping tent temp's at 77-78 degrees max., which I'll be doing sooner than later with summer fast approaching!
4/14- Well what I was was wishfully thinking might be signs of pre-flower were just some more new growth sprouting out, which is what this girl excels at!
Watering continued today with 0.75g of dechlorinated water with Fox Farms Open Sesame @ 0.5 tbsp/g, then ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 deg.
4/16- Yesterday was a 'dry' day and all I did was to rotate her pot 1/4 turn. Today I watered her with straight water ph'd to 6.6 @ 71deg.
I will have to defoliate her again in the next couple of days as her growth is unstoppable!
4/18- Today she recieved 0.75g of dechlorinated water with Fox Farms Open Sesame added @ 0.5 tsp/g and Bembe @ 1 tbsp/g, then ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 deg. 1.2 EC. I also removed a couple of dozen or so shade leaves out of the inside to keep that light penetration happening!
It's been a great week for this girl and I foresee an epic eighth week coming up and HOPEFULLY signs of flower! Be sure to check in on her progress as things start to get heated up!
~Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as things will be getting more exciting as the final weeks of flower are here... Grow Strong! 😎🙏~
Well here we go into Week Eight and OMG I actually think she is beginning to go into pre-flower...if she is, it's about damn time! 👏😎 With EIGHT weeks of initial growth behind her now, the Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is doing great and she's still sprouting new growth everyday, what a BEAST! I can't believe how long she stayed vegging. It'll be exciting to see her development as the coming weeks progress and she goes into flower beast mode! Thank you for following along this journey with me because growing these beautiful cultivars is always better with someone to share the experience with....come along and enjoy! 😎🙏

4/19- What can I say except I've only come across a handful of autoflower cultivars that vegged this long, and everyone that did ended up being EPIC! I have no doubts whatsoever that, once this girl switches gears, she's gonna go absolutely NUTS! 😛
Today she recieved her usual of 0.75g of dechlorinated water with Fox Farms Open Sesame added @ 0.75 tsp/g and raw honey @ 1 tbsp/g, then ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 deg. 1.2 EC., after which I rotated her pot 1/4 turn and called it a day!
~💚HAPPY 420 EVERYONE!!!💚~ Have a happy and lifted day!...and don't forget to 'pay it forward' 😎🙏
4/21- Well well well...Today I think I actually see some indication that she is ready to get her shit together and move into flower mode! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
I held off watering yesterday as she was still pretty heavy so I took the time and did some much needed defoliation on her!
Today she was watered with 0.75g of dechlorinated water with Fox Farms Open Sesame added @ 0.75 tsp/g and raw honey @ 1 tbsp/g, then ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 deg. 1.2 EC., after which I rotated her pot 1/4 turn.
4/23- Today she recieved .75g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Open Sesame @ 0.5 tsp/g, Fox Farms Microbe Brew @ 0.5 tsp/g and Fox Farms Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.5 tsp/g which with my starting ph of 7.4, brings the ph to a perfect 6.5! Gotta love it when you don't have to adjust the final ph...awesome! I also rotated her 10g fabric pot 1/4 turn.
Well it's been SIXTY DAYS now and when I checked her this morning I'm fairly sure I can finally see signs of her starting to flower! I'm going to wait a couple of days to be certain before I call 'Day1', but I'm extremely hopeful at this point! I should have a better picture of what she's doing by my next journal entry.
4/25- Day 63 and finally, and I really mean finally she's showing signs of flower and today I'm officially calling Day One of flower for this beast!
She was watered with 1g de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Open Sesame added @ 0.75 tsp/g along with 1 tsp/g of raw honey then ph'd to 6.4 @ 71 deg.
I went ahead and defoliated her AGAIN and did some super-cropping to a couple of her branches to spread her out a bit.
~Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as things will be getting more exciting as the flowering begins and this girl starts struttin her stuff... Grow Strong! 😎🙏~
Well here we go into Week Nine and Week One of flower... now the FUN begins! 👏😎 With Nine weeks of initial growth behind her now, the Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is doing great and she's still sprouting new growth everyday, what a BEAST! I can't believe how long she stayed vegging. Now that she's starting to transition into flowering thing will be getting more interesting by the day!

4/26- Today she recieved .75g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Open Sesame @ 0.5 tsp/g and 0.5 tsp/g of raw honey which was then ph'd to 6.4 @ 71 deg.
My girl has finally transitioned into flowering and is starting to begin her stretch. I went in and defoliated her and trained some of her branches with Horticulture Wire to increase the light penetration into the lower portions of her.
The temp's are a constant 78 deg. during the light cycle and I'm running them down into the upper 50's during the 5 hour dark period. The RH is at 44% which is perfect right now as I have abundant air circulation in the Gorilla 4x8 with two 18" Hurricane fans, two 6" clip-on fans and one 10" floor mounted fan constantly moving the air. The HLG 650R is at max pulling 660w at the wall and it's currently at 32" above her canopy. Lastly, the co2 level in the tent, via a 50# tank and AutoPilot co2 controller, is running a constant 900ppm's during the light cycle.
4-28- I checked her pot this morning and she's still pretty heavy so we'll let her ride on water for now. I'll check her later, so for now I'll just take a few pic's and give her pot a spin.
She is going to be a huge autoflower and I'm super excited to see what the next weeks bring!
4/30- I watered her heavy yesterday with 1g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Open Sesame @ 0.5 tsp/g, Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 3 tsp/g, Fox Farms Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g and Fox Farms Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.5 tsp/g. I then ph'd to 6.5 @ 1.4 EC.
Today I turned her pot and gave her a good looking over. Tomorrow I'm going to have to defoliate her AGAIN...The growth on this girl is off the charts and she's a hard one to keep up with!
5/2- Today I defoliated the hell out of her! I put all the foliage I removed into a 1g plastic pitcher while I worked and by the time I finished it was nearly full! I literally removed a plants worth of shoots and leaves, and in 4-5 days you won't be able to tell I did anything!
Yesterday she got watered with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.4 @ 72℉ 0.2 EC, today was a 'dry out' day.
Well, this week my girl finally decided to start flowering and now the coming weeks should be getting more interesting as they progress with this BEAST of an autoflower from my friends at Dutch Passion! 🧐💚
~Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as things will be getting more exciting as the flowering picks up and this girl starts struttin her stuff... Grow Strong! 😎🙏~
Well here we go into Week Ten and Week Two of flower... now the FUN begins! 👏😎 With ten weeks of initial growth behind her now, the Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is doing great and she's still sprouting new growth everyday, what a BEAST! I can't believe how long she stayed vegging. Now that she's transitioned into flowering it'll be getting more interesting as these next few weeks come! Thank you for following along this journey with me because growing these beautiful cultivars is always better with someone to share the experience with....come along and enjoy! 😎🙏

5/3- Here we go Week TEN... and with an autoflower of all things right?!
Today she was watered and fed with 1g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Open Sesame @ 0.5 tsp/g, Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 3 tsp/g, Fox Farms Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g and Fox Farms Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.5 tsp/g. I then ph'd to 6.5 @ 1.4 EC which she is gobbling up without any complaints.
I checked her over to see how she was doing after her major defoliation yesterday and, WOW! You can't believe how fast this girl recovers from stress, she's perky and and looking beautiful and now light is actually penetrating through the canopy and illuminating the surface of the medium!
5/5- Yesterday I let her dry out. Today I watered her with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉
She's healthy and progressing into flower, albeit slower than I'd like to see (the lower 'nighttime' temp's may have something to do with this), which is a much welcome sight!
5/7- Another dry out day yesterday, today she was watered/fed with her usual diet of 1g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Open Sesame @ 0.5 tsp/g, Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 3 tsp/g, Fox Farms Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g and Fox Farms Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.5 tsp/g. I then ph'd to 6.5 @ 1.4 EC
She's one helluva vigorous strain, heavy defoliation, HST, LST or whatever else I throw at her, within a day or two there's hardly any signs visible that I did anything... just amazing!
5/9- We're in a routine with this girl now! A dry out day yesterday, today she was watered/fed with her usual of 1g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Open Sesame @ 0.5 tsp/g, Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 3 tsp/g, Fox Farms Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g and Fox Farms Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.5 tsp/g. I then ph'd to 6.5 @ 1.4 EC
I also turned her pot 1/4 turn and plucked a few shade leaves to keep her open to the light. My god she is one of the most vigorous strains I've had the pleasure to cultivate...unbelievable! 🤗
~Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as things will be getting more exciting as the flowering picks up and this girl starts struttin her stuff... Grow Strong! 😎🙏~
Well here we go into Week Eleven and Week Three of flower... 👏😎 With eleven weeks of initial growth behind her now, the Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is doing great and she's still sprouting new growth everyday, what a BEAST! I can't believe how long she stayed vegging. Now that she's transitioned into flowering it'll be getting more interesting as these next few weeks come! Thank you for following along this journey with me because growing these beautiful cultivars is always better with someone to share the experience with....come along and enjoy! 😎🙏

💥 WEEK ELEVEN💥
5/10- Today I watered/fed her 1g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Beastie Bloomz @ 0.5 tsp/g, Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 3 tsp/g, Fox Farms Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g, Fox Farms Kelp Me Kelp you @ 0.5 tsp/g Fox Farms Microbe Brew @ 3 tsp/g and Fox Farms Grow Big @ 2 tsp/g then ph'd to 6.5 @ 1.6 EC. at 71℉
I also went through and removed a dozen or so leaves that were blocking bud sites from the light and turned her pot 1/4 turn.
5/12- Yesterday was a 'dry out' day and all I really did was rotate her pot and make sure to turn on the UVA bar for her four hours of supplemental UV that she's been getting daily.
Today I watered her with 1g of de-chlorinated water with 3 ml/g Botanicare CalMag+ added and then ph'd to 6.5 @ 69℉ and rotated her pot.
She's just incredible in her rate of growth! I swear that I can strip leaves from her until it's noticeable, then two or three days later you can't tell I did a thing! 😮
5/14- Today the 'Beast' was watered/fed with 1g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Beastie Bloomz @ 0.5 tsp/g, Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 3 tsp/g, Fox Farms Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g, Fox Farms Kelp Me Kelp you @ 0.5 tsp/g Fox Farms Microbe Brew @ 3 tsp/g and Fox Farms Grow Big @ 2 tsp/g then ph'd to 6.5 @ 1.6 EC. at 71℉
She's sharing the 4x8 Gorilla tent with two other ladies that will finish up in the next week or two. When she has the tent to herself I've decided that I'm going to cut the light cycle back to 12/12 for two days, then go to 18/6 to see if that will 'kick start' her into accelarating her flowering...I figure it can't hurt. This girl's got to get her shit together and start popping those flowers!
I can only imagine what this girl's going to look like in 3-4 more weeks. She's at 83 days from seed now, up until now every autoflower I've grown has damn near finished at this point, and SHE'S just getting started! 😮💥
5/16- After her heavy water/feed yesterday, today she's taking a day off.
I removed some MORE leaves off her (which she has an absolute overabundance of) and turned her pot 1/4 turn.
Well Cannafam, Week Eleven is gone and here we go, unbelievably, into Week Twelve and Week 4 of flower (although with her slow flowering she looks more like Week 1 or 2). I'm hoping and praying that her flowering starts to accelerate in these next weeks and hope you'll continue to observe this epic Dutch Passion cultivar! 😎✌️🏼💚
~Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as things will be getting more exciting as the flowering picks up and this girl starts struttin her stuff... Grow Strong! 😎🤙🏼~
Wow!... Week Twelve and Week Three of flower... 👏😎 With twelve weeks of initial growth behind her now, the Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is on a mission, still sprouting new growth everyday... what a BEAST! I can't believe how long she stayed vegging. Now that she's transitioned into flowering, albeit pretty darn slowly, it'll be getting more interesting as these next few weeks come!
5/17- All I can come up with is WOW, Twelve Weeks and just showing pre-flower signs and starting her stretch...UFB!!! 😮
Although it was three weeks ago when I first saw her showing signs of her sex, and I started the 'Flower' phase, I'm now inclined to bump that back a week due to how slowly she's moving into flowering.
As mentioned in last weeks diary, if her flowering has not picked up by the time the two other auto's in the 4x8 with her finish up, I'll try cutting the light back to 12/12 for two days and see if that 'kick starts' her fanny! 💥
Today the 'Beast' was watered/fed with 1g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Beastie Bloomz @ 0.5 tsp/g, Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 3 tsp/g, Fox Farms Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g and Fox Farms Grow Big @ 2 tsp/g then ph'd to 6.5 @ 1.6 EC. at 71℉.
5/19- I held off on her feed today and instead gave her 1g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Sledgehammer @ 2 tsp/g, Fox Farms Microbe Brew @ 0.5 tsp/g and 0.5 tsp/g of raw honey added, then ph'd to 6.6 @ 71℉ 1.0 EC
Coming up on EIGHTY FIVE DAYS and my girl NEEDS to get on with it and flower for heavens sake! She's already proved that she can veg longer than every other auto in the tent! Now she needs to break some records with some aggressive flowering!
I'm leaving for a week vacation in 32 more days and, at this point, I'm really not confident that she'll be finished by then! I'm establishing a contingency plan with another local grower to 'babysit' her for the week I'm absent...fingers and toes crossed! 🤞🏼🤞🏼
5/21- I let her dry out yesterday and today she was watered/fed with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Beastie Bloomz @ 0.5 tsp/g, Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 3 tsp/g, Fox Farms Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g and Fox Farms Grow Big @ 2 tsp/g then ph'd to 6.5 @ 1.6 EC. at 71℉.
5/23- Yesterday was another 'dry out' day. Today she recieved her regular feeding of 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Beastie Bloomz @ 0.5 tsp/g, Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 3 tsp/g, Fox Farms Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g, Fox Farms Grow Big @ 2 tsp/g and additionally Fox Farms Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.5 tsp/g then ph'd to 6.5 @ 1.8 EC. at 71℉.
She now has an entire side of the Gorilla 4x8 to herself along with her own private HLG 650R w/UVA Bar and looks to be loving the extra space! My other autoflower will be leaving and giving this lady the run of the tent at which point I'm strongly considering adjusting the light cycle back to 12/12 to see if it might 'kick start' her into flowering a bit more vigorously....have to smoke on that one! 🤪
~Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as things will be getting more exciting as the flowering picks up and this giant autoflower from Dutch Passion starts struttin her stuff... Grow Strong! 😎🤙🏼~
Week Thirteen... Can you believe it? 😮 With thirteen weeks of initial growth behind her now, the Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is on a mission, still sprouting new growth everyday... what a BEAST! I can't believe how long she stayed vegging. Pretty sure that I'm dealing with a Autoflower that has decided to instead, express Photoperiod genes! Time to shift gears and get this girl flowering! Thank you for following along this journey with me because growing these beautiful cultivars is always better with someone to share the experience with....come along and enjoy!😎

5/24- Today I let her take a pass on watering as she was still pretty heavy to the lift.
She now has half of the 4x8 to herself along with her own dedicated HLG 650R w/UVA Bar showering her with that 'love from above'!
Let me tell you...I've been growing photoperiod's since the late 70's and autoflowers for over five years, I've never experienced a Autoflowering cultivar that has been as vigorous and had such a L O N G growth cycle...Absolutely mind blowing! I cannot wait to see what she looks like when she finally finishes up...Can you? 😍
5/26- Well today is the day that she gets the entire 4x8 to herself! All eleven of my other Autoflowers are finished, this 'Auto' Glueberry OG hasn't even got started!
After consulting with my contact at Dutch Passion, we're in agreement that she is expressing Photoperiod genes...ugh!
I've decided that when lights go out tonight I will keep her in the dark for 24hrs., then flip her to a 12/12 light cycle and keep my fingers crossed!
My only real concern at this point is that she may become rootbound after 94 days growing in her 10g pot (I wish it was a 25g!) and I'll be monitoring her regularly to keep an eye out for signs of it occurring.
5/28- I ended up keeping her in the dark for 20 instead of 24 hours. She started her first day of 12/12 last night.
I'm running the lights from 5pm to 5am as it's summer and with the lights out during the day it helps when it comes to keeping temperatures in the 'sweet spot'.
It will take a little getting used to with the new light schedule. The previous cycle went from 5am until Midnight, which provided ample time for maintenance and checking in on the garden. Now, with the bulk of the cycle being overnight, I'll have to adjust and adapt my schedule to best serve the garden!
When I turned on the lights last night I fed/watered her with 2g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Open Sesame @ 0.5 tsp/g, Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 3 tsp/g, Fox Farms Grow Big @ 2 tsp/g, Fox Farms Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.5 tsp/g, Fox farms Root Drench @ 2 tsp/g then ph'd to 6.5 @ 1.8 EC. at 71℉.
5/30- Last night at lights on I gave her 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 3 tsp/g, Fox Farms Grow Big @ 1 tsp/g, Fox Farms Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.5 tsp/g, Fox farms Wholly Mackerel @ 0.5 tsp/g then ph'd to 6.7 @ 1.4 EC. at 71℉.
I also went ahead and went through her and did some much needed pruning to eliminate some of the foliage that was choking off the light penetration down into her canopy. I went through each branch and removed everything from the 4th to 5th node down so now all her energy will go into the tops of her branches where the magic happens!
I'll be posting some pictures later today after 'lights on'.

Week Fourteen and Week One of flower... With fourteen weeks of initial growth behind her now, the Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG is on a pace to become a massive plant! With almost 100 days of veg time before she was flipped to 12/12 she's got a root system that can make some exceptional flowers! The gears are shifted now and my girl's flowering! Thank you for following along this journey with me because growing these beautiful cultivars is always better with someone to share the experience with....come along and enjoy!😎

5/31- Here we go growmie's, she's on 12/12 now and I have both HLG 650R's on her. I setup the lights at a 45deg. angle on either side of her (providing awesome top AND side lighting!) at a distance of approximately 30", and have them pulling 400w/each at the wall for a total of 800w of light currently.
She's been getting watered and/or fed 1.5g every other day as I noticed that the tips of a few of her lowest shade leaves were starting to 'claw' under and I've been paying extra attention to not overwater her and risk drowning her roots and creating an anaerobic condition in the medium which would be devastating at this point.
I gave her 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with Botanicare CalMag+ added @ 3ml/g and Botanicare Silica Blast @ 2.5ml/g and Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 15ml/g which was then ph'd to 6.2 @ 68℉.
I also turned her pot 1/4 turn and removed ✂️ a dozen or so leaves that were interfering with light penetration and couldn't be tucked out of the way.
She's in her stretch and is putting out new growth at a rapid rate, so rapid in fact that it's difficult to keep up with her! It constantly feels like she's right on the verge of getting away from me with her phenomenal vigor! 🤪
6/2- At lights on tonight I watered her with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 2 tsp/g of Fox Farms Root Drench and 2 tsp/g of Fox Farms Sledgehammer. After watering I turned her pot 1/4 turn and gave her a good looking over.
She still needs (imho) some thinning out, especially in her center where she's choked with vegetation. I'll probably dip into her tomorrow night and do one last pruning while she's still in pre-flower and starting her stretch.
My girl is looking phenomenal with the exception of a few of her lower leaves that are 'clawing' under. The rest of her looks healthy as hell so, for now, I'll monitor her and see if it resolves or worsens.
6/4- When I checked her pot at lights on today it still was fairly heavy so I let her ride on watering today and I'll water/feed her tomorrow evening.
Yesterday was a 'dry day' as well and all I did was to go in yet again and, branch by branch, removed any unnecessary leaves and shoots that weren't in the upper two-thirds of the plant. I then removed any small 'suckers' on the stalks up to the 4th to 5th nodes leaving the shade leaves. This major defoliation was really needed as she was choking herself out. Now, all of her energy will be going into the tops of her branches and will make for some large flowers....hopefully! 🤞🏼
6/6- Yesterday, she was watered/fed with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms: Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.5 tsp/g, Grow Big @ 1 tsp/g, Big Bloom @ 1 tbsp/g and Beastie Bloomz @ 0.25 tsp/g added an then ph'd to 6.5 @ 71℉
Today all I did was tuck a few leaves and give her pot 1/4 turn.

6/7- I checked her pot tonight at lights on and she felt a little lite so I double checked her medium with a moisture meter and she was indeed ready for a drink.
I watered her with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms: Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.5 tsp/g, Grow Big @ 1 tsp/g, Big Bloom @ 1 tbsp/g and Beastie Bloomz @ 0.25 tsp/g added an then ph'd to 6.5 @ 71℉
I still have the lights at 400w each and plan on leaving them at that level for two more weeks, then I'll gradually start increasing the wattage and begin adding UVA into her light cycle.
6/9- Yesterday I left her alone and only turned her pot and snapped a few pictures of her.
At lights on today I went ahead and gave her 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms: Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.5 tsp/g, Grow Big @ 1 tsp/g, Big Bloom @ 1 tbsp/g and Beastie Bloomz @ 0.25 tsp/g added an then ph'd to 6.5 @ 71℉
After turning her pot 1/4 turn, I went over her and removed or tucked as many shade leaves as possible to maintain the light penetration down into her canopy.
Now that she's into Week Two of flower the future is looking brighter with her covered in bud sites and remaining vigorous with good color and health!
6/11- Last night at lights on I gave her 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms: Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.5 tsp/g, Grow Big @ 1 tsp/g, Big Bloom @ 1 tbsp/g, Wholly Mackerel @ 1 tsp/g and Beastie Bloomz @ 0.25 tsp/g added an then ph'd to 6.5 @ 68℉ with a 1.2 EC.
She's looking great, with her flowers developing nicely! Her growth rate continues to be extremely vigorous, sprouting leaves faster than I can keep up. I continued with my daily routine of tucking & plucking obstinate shade leaves and gave her pot a turn.
6/13- Yesterday I left her alone and didn't water. Today I gave her 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms: Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.5 tsp/g, Grow Big @ 1 tsp/g, Big Bloom @ 1 tbsp/g and Beastie Bloomz @ 0.25 tsp/g added an then ph'd to 6.5 @ 68℉ with a 1.4 EC.
The leaf tucking & plucking continues with this crazy growing lady as well as having her pot turned 1/4 turn daily.

6/14- She was watered/fed yesterday and at lights on tonight I checked her and she's still heavy so I'll let her go until tomorrow on the watering. I'll have to go into her once again and do a little defoliation before I leave for vacation in three days, otherwise when I return she'll be choking herself out with vegetation.
6/16- I let her go today on her water/feed as she was still fairly heavy. I'll feed/water her tomorrow after she gets to her 'babysitter' to keep her weight manageable for transport. Before she leaves tomorrow, I'll do one last defoliation on her and I'll spray her down thoroughly with Neem Oil to protect her from any pests or fungus she may get exposed to while she's away.
6/18- Leaving today for a much needed vacation for 8 days. The Glueberry OG will be getting watched over by a fellow grower for me and will take good care of her. I can't wait to return and see her progress in the week I was away!
6/20- 🌴🌞⛱️🍹🌴 On VACATION... Return on the 26th! 😎

6/27- I watered/fed her yesterday with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms: Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g, Grow Big @ 1 tbsp/g Big Bloom @ 1 tbsp/g, Bembe @ 1 tbsp/g and Beastie Bloomz @ 0.5 tsp/g added an then ph'd to 6.0 @ 68℉ with a 1.4 EC.
Today all I did was give her a turn, performed some minor pruning / leaf tucking and tightened up all of the LST on her branches to get some more light down deep into her canopy. She still has fairly thick growth in her center that I'm afraid will affect the buds located there, keeping them 'Larfy', which is what I DON'T want. She's too far into flower now to do any kind of major defoliation, instead I'll stay on top of her LST to keep her spread out as much as I safely can without damaging/breaking branches.
Her flowers are now covered in beautiful glistening trichomes and she's got an incredibly sweet aroma coming from her that makes me thankful for my Terrabloom Carbon Filter as it's STRONG! 🤪 She has already begun to 'sway' in the breeze from the fans and hasn't really begun to bulk up yet so I'm certain that I'll be using stakes to support her branches to keep them from bending over and breaking. 😮

6/28- She's not drinking as much now that she's halfway into her flowering. As a result, I skipped two days of watering. She is looking healthy and wasn't showing any sign of needing any water or feeding so I'll wait and give her a good watering/feeding tomorrow at lights on.
She continues to stack her numerous flowers, and is in overdrive with her trichome production which are coating her entirety with a sweet smelling frost!
6/30- Yesterday I watered/fed her with 1.5g dechlorinated water with Fox Farms: Grow Big @ 1 tsp/g, Big Bloom @ 3 tsp/g, Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g, Beastie Bloomz @ 1/4 tsp/g, Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.5 tsp/g and Bembe @ 3 tsp/g, then ph'd to 6.1 @ 71℉ with a 1.4 EC
Today I plucked a few shade leaves from her interior that were useless and turned her pot 1/4 turn.
I've got both HLG 650R's on her and have both angled in a triangular fashion with her in the center. I've got the 650R's pulling 600w at the wall each which comes out to a bit over 35w per square foot. I'll monitor her to see how she tolerates the additional PAR (which shouldn't be an issue with 1200ppm's of supplemental co2) and if she does well I'll crank the lights to their max of 1320w at the wall combined. I'll also be adding 4 hours a day of supplemental UVA in the middle of the light cycle for the last 2-3 weeks of flower to boost those trichomes!
7/2- I fed/watered my girl today with 1.5g dechlorinated water with Fox Farms: Grow Big @ 1 tsp/g, Big Bloom @ 3 tsp/g, Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g, Cha Ching @ 1/4 tsp/g, Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.5 tsp/g and Bembe @ 3 tsp/g, then ph'd to 6.2 @ 71℉ with a 1.4 EC.
She's looking gorgeous finishing out her fifth week of flower and, with another 6-7 weeks to go, promises to be epic by the time she's finished! 💪🏼🔥
I'm already not too happy with the amount of smaller/Larfy flowers in her interior, but it was expected due to how bushy she has remained despite numerous defoliations. Whatever I end up with in the way of Larf will be going in the freezer to be run later on my Sift Screens, then to make Bubble Hash, which will be pressed for concentrate (rosin).
7/4- HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!

WEEKLY UPDATE:
7/5- I flushed her last night at lights on with 2g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Sledgehammer added @ 3 tsp/g along with Fox Farms Root Drench @ 2 tsp/g than ph'd to 6.4 @ 72℉.
Today I'll let her go as she's still heavy, so I'll turn her pot 1/4 turn and let her go. She's looking and smelling phenomenal, is stacking her flowers and getting covered in sticky trichomes! 🤩
I've got the HLG 650R's pulling 1100w at the wall and have started adding supplemental UVA via the 30w UVA bars on each of the 650R's which get turned on for four hours a day in the middle of the 12 hour light cycle.
7/7- Yesterday I gave her 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 1 tbsp/g, Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g, ChaChing @ 0.5 tsp/g and Bembe @ 1 tbsp/g added, then ph'd to 6.5 @ 71℉.
Today was a dry out day so all I had to do was turn her pot and give her 4 hours of UVA from the HLG UV Light Bars attached to the HLG 650R's.
She is looking and smelling like I want to smoke her now! Hard to wrap my head around the fact she's a 8-10 week cultivar with 1-2 more weeks of flower yet to go!...She's going to be EPIC! 💪🏼🔥🔥🔥
7/9- She seems to be wanting a bit more water now and was light to lift today so I watered/fed her with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 1 tbsp/g, Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g, ChaChing @ 0.25 tsp/g, Beastie Bloomz @ 0.25 tsp/g, Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.25 tsp/g and Bembe @ 1 tbsp/g added, then ph'd to 6.5 @ 71℉.
7/11- I watered/fed her today with her usual diet of 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 1 tbsp/g, Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g, ChaChing @ 0.25 tsp/g, Beastie Bloomz @ 0.25 tsp/g, and Bembe @ 1 tbsp/g added, then ph'd to 6.5 @ 71℉.
She is really starting to bulk up and her trichome production is in high gear! She's got a slightly sweet dankness to her with a hint of fuel mixed in...very interesting bouquet!

She's got about a week or two left in her, her fade is beginning and her trichome production is at full tilt! I will begin to flush her in the next couple of days to prepare for her harvest....exciting time after this extremely long journey together!
7/14- She had a dry out day yesterday. Today she recieved her usual feed consisting of 1.5g of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Big Bloom @ 1 tbsp/g, Tiger Bloom @ 2 tsp/g, ChaChing @ 0.25 tsp/g, Beastie Bloomz @ 0.25 tsp/g, and Bembe @ 1 tbsp/g added, then ph'd to 6.5 @ 71℉.
7/16- It's all straight de-chlorinated water with intermittent doses of Fox Farms Sledgehammer to flush this lady! She's started her fade and her trichomes are getting checked daily and are almost where I like them prior to the 48hr dark period I always place my plants in before I harvest them.
7/18- I put 2g of flush through her today, checked trichomes and turned her. I'll let her ride for another day or two.

WEEKLY UPDATE:
7/19- Her flushing continues with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.7 @ 70℉.
This last week or two of flower ALWAYS tests my patience...sometimes it's so hard to resist chopping, but I know that extra week will pay off in spades with the final yield, so we wait...
7/21- Today I continued her flush with 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.7 @ 70℉. I also checked her trichomes and gave her pot a 1/4 turn.
She's now getting 1260w of light and I've kept the co2 level @ 1000-1250ppm with 'daytime' temp's @ 80-82℉. I'm running the 'nighttime' temperature down to 63℉ to further stress her, which should increase the trichome production slightly.
7/23- Yesterday, after checking her over thoroughly, I decided that at 'lights off' she would start her 48hr dark period before being harvested...She's READY!!! 😍💚
Stay tuned for some 'pre-chop' pic's, then it'll be time to hang her up in the Drying Room for 10-14 days before she gets trimmed up and jarred. 🤩
7/25- Today she was released from her 48hr. dark period! She's completely frosted over with trichomes and smells absolutely AMAZING! 🤪
After taking some pictures of her I removed all of the 'non-sugar' shade leaves and chopped her off at her base.
Before hanging her I went ahead and weighed her... 2.155kg! I can't wait to see what she yields after her 12-14 day drying period in my Drying Room, but I'm sure I'll be pleasantly surprised!
After I chopped her off at her base, I went ahead and hung her whole in my drying room. The temperatures are a constant 68℉ with the RH running 50-60% depending on what stage of drying the plants are at.
I generally set the RH to 50% for the first 24 hours to remove the initial moisture in the room, then increase it throughout the drying period with the end goal being to have the process take 12-14 days to ensure that the starches and sugars have worked their magic!
My next entry will be the harvest of this beautiful cultivar from the Masters at Dutch Passion Seed Company! 😎👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼💚
~Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as I'll soon be trimming her up and getting the final results for this beauty... Grow Strong! 😎🤙🏼~

Glueberry OG buds are rock hard and very dense, expect rock hard THC rich nuggets, and being an indica/sativa hybrid, they're extremely potent and resinous with a deliciously powerful feel-good high.
Glueberry OG is an easy-to-grow plant, even outdoors in different climates. Of course, you can also grow her indoors where she delivers prize-winning results. Indoor growers should note that Glueberry OG can produce very large, dense buds. Good air circulation is important to reduce the chance of bud rot in warm/humid conditions.
I vegged this girl for a looong time...Almost 100 days!😮 In hindsight, I really should have stripped her just before she was flipped which would have eliminated the large amount of smaller 'popcorn' buds, and allowed her to really produce some huge cola's! I'll remember this next time I run this cultivar.
I still can't complain about the yield she provided as I had planned on making concentrate from her and the smaller buds are perfect for sift hash and Bubble Hash which I then press into rosin.
This was an extremely easy cultivar to grow and, if you let her, will fill up your grow space so keep that in mind. She was extremely tolerant of temperature, humidity, had an incredible appetite and thirst to match.
I'd recommend a veg of 60 days with generous training and defoliation before being flipped into flower, feed and water her well and you'll be rewarded with some AWESOME results! 😎👍🏼
