@Cannabeast40, no not all can, mine is harvested and approved and I can't join. I got the grower's pack and everything. Maybe dwarf plants aren't allowed in. ;)

@Roberts, Correct me if Im wrong but I think this is because cannabis is still illegal on a federal level. So although free to purchase in your state, illegal to cross a state line which is federal offense I believe....

@420DeepGrow, i waited 9 days, they have so many requests that it takes time to get to them. They send you an email with tracking and yes also shows on order history on their website.
