Your best option, honestly, would be to skip the viparspectra. Its old inefficient led tech that isnt actually any better than hps as far as yield per watt and overall electricity cost. Also consider that the 600w viparspectra only draws 132w or 265w depending in the 600w model you are looking at. This means its only outputting 132w or 265w at most and likely less than that because there are fans for active cooling. I assume each fan is 10w or so. So the 132w only has 122w going to the lights and the 265w has 245w going to the lights.
With old tech like blurple leds or hps, you need 50w/sqft(538w/sqm). So your 80x80 tent is 0.64sqm(6.86sqft) this means you need 350w actual draw of blurple or hps to properly light that grow space. So you would need 3x 132w lights or 1x 132w and 1x the 265w lights to fill that tent. That would run you about $255-$265 in usd.
With newer leds like quantum boards you can use only 30w/sqft(330w/sqm). For your space that is 210w. The closest light to that wattage would be 240w from kingbrite but you can dim it.

That is a link to the light. They are a reputable vendor. The light will cost about $150-$180 usd after shipping and fees. You should be able to get them to come down in price as well if you chat with them.
If you go with that light get it in 3500k if you want to use it from seed/clone to harvest.
