Excessive nodes and autoflowers

My plants have SO SO many nodes. In my opinion they have way way too many branches. Is there anything at all I could do as far as cutting/pinching, some of them off? They’re autoflowers and I’ve only really found people saying don’t do it.

It's to late to do it now. If you do it will stress the plant out a lot because its already into flowering. If you have a fast growing autoflower that responds well to training, you want to do all your training before you hit the 2nd week of flowering. I do heavy training, lollipop, defoliation. I try to do everything during vegetation stage for Autoflowers. Check out my OG Diesel Kush autoflower diary. I did a lot of cutting and training to it.

Taking off a few lower branches that are not getting light will not hurt it enough to matter. And will provide more energy and nutrients to the buds you want. But next time try and do some better pruning and training while it's not in flower 👍

I woud not do it, not at all while in flowering 😀 be happy with your branches and nodes, they look good mate 👌💪 f you ever want to try lollipopping an auto, then do it before they hit flowering 😊 Wish you best of luck, the rest of the way😀

You are overdosing your nutrients, and branches are good, just leave them like they are, your harvest will be bigger with more nodes

This is a good problem to have, each node will become a flower, resulting in more bud for you! Now that it is quite advanced in flowering, it really is too late to be chopping off vast amounts of plant material, it could cause weird reactions, such as hermaphroditism or a delayed and drawn out flowering or even death, in the worst case scenario. Any pruning needs to be carried out during vegetative growth, and at the latest, during the first 10-14 days of flowering. Hope this helps, Organoman.
