Should this branch be clipped off? I’m not liking how it’s touching the soil. Thoughts friends?

Seeing where it is, most of the growers do remove these especially if they have the potential of getting the nutrient solution on it since it's touching the soil, but usually when cleaning up the lower skirt in. Feel free to reach out if you ever need any help with your autos, we were all new at some point and needed a little guidance, so be shy !!!

To keep it short, cut off the leaves at the bottom. Because they get little light, the plant itself wants to get rid of them. Therefore, the leaves hang down.

Hey there! Allow me to make it simple for you: these are some of the first set of leaves she kept since she was a seedling. You could very well remove it at this later stage as part of a period defoliation. I normally defoliate to maximise direct light exposure to the bud sites. I do so almost daily ion tiny, small, manageable rounds, making sure never to deprive the plant of needed fan leaves. You are at week 6, I think a light defoliation (include this one for cosmetic reasons) won't hurt. By the way, excellent strain you picked: It is in my next run for sure. Do drop me a DM and I will be glad to contribute to your questions as best as I can. 👋
