Hello.. Hope you are well.. U can start lst tech n get bending her around but be gentle wen u do.. Pinching is easiest wen u can get ur finger n thumb in between 2 nodes.. Dont b worried about the pinch.. It will seem strange at first but wit a couple of trys u'll b confident.. Stay safe n gud luck with her.. 👍🍀🤞

Hi dude! Main idea of lst is to change the growing pattern of the plant. You can do it anytime you want. Everytime the main cola gets tied down it will move auxin to the new highest top and that will became the new main cola. When you do this multiple times the plant wont produce one main cola but many main colas. Its hard to fail cos you just tie the plant down, wait and repeat.
