Yes they most definitely are ready for your hydroton. Keep an eye on the humidity tho, cos seedlings love humidity!!

Friends who know DWC help me figure it out!!! please!!!first and second week, the pH of tap water without fertilizers was 5.7, which is 100 ppm. led light 240 dis. 25 inches friends help me what did I do wrong? Pale/ slightly bleached leaves on 5-6 days old auto seedlings. should i worry?Here are the facts:
Overwatered a little, with 6-6.2 ph water (no nutes)
Strong light the first two days, approx. 400 ppfd. adjusted to 240.
High temperatures in tent during heatwave. (27-32 C)
Trouple keeping RH above 50%
Light mix soil, with 30-40% perlite.

PH problems (DWC)I'm using 5% acetic acid (vinegar) to lower the pH but with 6 hours it's always back up to the original pH. A similar bucket with no aeration remains stable. Is it because I'm using a weak acid? Is there any way to buffer the solution to keep it in the desirable range?4y ago

Seedling tips?New grower. First seed. Seems to be going fine with seedling popping through soil after 2 days. Now under 60w CFL about 6-8 inches above the plant and a clear plastic cup covering it. Any tips for keeping it alive and thriving? Been spritzing with water 1-2x/day.Setup. Seedling
