It needs perlite, your small plant roots could be lacking air already, that soil looks very fine and heavy ... It's not too late to transplant. If you still want to use your soil, just buy perlite separate and mix 50/50 ratio with soil. Think it's the problem Plus I see that maybe she can't get air too, stagnant ?? Looks like she is very deep in the pot. Good luck !

Do i have to take out part of the soil around the seedling mix it with perlite and put it back or just to put some perlite and mix it up directly in the pot.I am a bitt confused.I haven't done that before.Thanks in advance.

Maybe temps or the roots are to wet. Hold off on watering and keep temps 22-26c Good Luck

PLEASEE help me find the issues with 2 of my seedlings (3 seeds are from the same autoflower strain and its their day 5 in the soil after germinating with Plant 1 is growing with weird leaf shape and size (there is a mini seedling next to it that i havent touched yet and i dont know what it is!) Need some advice for these seedlings - suspect it could be early cal-mag deficiency. Thoughts?These seedlings are growing with nicely but I have noticed some slight dis-coloration on the seedlings once the domes came during hardening, medium is moist and light PPFD is hovering around 220-250, avg day temps are 24c and night temps are 22c, using RO water.

Buon giorno weed doctors, please help understand the issue, maybe smb has seen this before. I lost two seeds of the same cultivar to the same symptoms...TY Two seeds, same cultivar, 1 week difference, both pop neck bended with white woody spot at the base of one of the cotyledons. Doesn't spray the leaves, the membrane wasn;'t getting off w/o help. And I know it's not substrate - 2 other breeders germinated 100% and look healthy. TY
