Hello
When is it time to plant the little ladies in the big pot? What's the best way to go about it regarding the water—do I wet the new soil and then transplant them, or do I just moisten it briefly? Should I do this before the dark phase or during the light phase? thx

If those are the carboard cups, can plant them straight into the new pot. Roots will grow threw. You want the new earth moist, black in color, but not soaked. Wet the crap out of the old soil once transplanted to release the roots.

Runoff water was about 5.3 ph.
(Used 6.6ph tap water with nutrients to watering)
