hi guys I'm asking this question again because I haven't got any good answer the bottom leaves are drying out as you can see in the pictures. Why? Don't worry about the powder, it's a natural insecticide (diatomaceous earth)

Looks like a calcium deficiency to be honest. Use some in extra in your feeding to boost it. I doubt it’s a burn because you would probably see that in your new growth sites as well. Ultimately you’ll want to prune off the lower and inner growth that won’t be directly exposed to sunlight anyways. But yea that’s what I thinks happening. Happy growing

hey there, the bottom leafs are showing symptoms related to Nitrogen. In your case it's nitrogen toxicity. You can see this from the nutrient burn on the leaf tips and the yellowing starting at the base of the leaf outwards starting with the bottom leafs first. Just cut down the BioBloom or whatever has extra N in it and follow a feeding schedule like plain water x2 then one time feeding, water water feed water water feed, like that. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Bottom leaves dieing and going up plant? Cant be light burn, so you are overfeeding, or you probably have a cal mag deficiency, or your plant is infested with pests bc you mentioned de earth, i would prune off the dead leaves, check ph, and give a bit of cal mag. As long as ph is good.

Hi susina, I look through your previous questions and answers and I think your hypothesis was correct - bottom leaves getting less light(sun). These leaves only have 3 fingers so likely the original second set? If so I wouldnt worry. It could be nutrients (too much or too little) but unlikely and your other leaves have no signs of problems. I see you had a fungus gnat issue earlier hence the Dia earth (you had good advice on that one) - that may have contributed to plant stress and the lower leaf issue but again if you've solved that then I wouldn't worry about these little bottom leaves. Good luck!
