How much light for seedlings?

I've got three small seedlings with a fourth coming shortly. How much light intensity should they be getting? I have a 300W 3K LED 30" of the tops running on a 18-6 schedule. The LED is on its lowest setting because I read the the seedlings can be light sensitive.

Hard to say about that wattage. I have used a 180W at about 30" with good results.
So your dimming capability might bring it down to that intensity.
Otherwise, I am using 30 watts of led bar lights at 18".

You can dim and get closer, or full power and a little further away :-)

T5 veg? For seedlingsIf anyone has any idea how long I can veg my seedlings inside of a closet with 2 t5 fluorescents.. let me know!
