How can I prevent the seedling's roots from sticking to the pot (yogurt cup) when transplanting? I've used a root stimulator for the first time, and honestly, it's the first time my roots have stuck to the pot...

Next time, don't use a plastic cup - or, if you do, transplant a lot earlier. If you use a peat pot, the roots will grow right through it and you wouldn't have to remove it from the peat pot - you'd just plant the entire thing in a new pot/soil and the plant wouldn't sustain any damage or have to go through the shock of "transplanting."

I always repot when the soil is half dry. If it's too wet, what happened to you will happen. The soil is too heavy and sticky.
