Roots at the base of stock above soil

Just noticed what appears to be roots at the base of the stock after watering. Should these be covered back up from the light? Does it matter? They seem like strong roots that branched off just below the soil. First time I have noticed this. Thanks for any help or info. 👊

Hi mate, as far a I know all you need to do is raise the soil bed a little to cover those exposed roots. Hope this helps ✌️
