@psiloccubensis yes temp is being messured at the level of the plant in the shade of the handle of the fabric pot, i have a humidifier in the room however think my extraction fan is taking it out too fast

As they are too light, and few leaves, a dome could be good to keep moisture around 80, so it doesn't force the small roots too much to keep leaves well watered. Also this temp was measured in the level of the plant? For me that's a sign of heat or dry air. I would put a plastic bottle over it, and spray the earth around and inside bottle.

Sorry missed pic 3. Not something that Id worry about right now. Deformed leaves are common before the true set. Color looks good and looks healthy.
