I'm running LEDs right now. I have a CMH coming soon. My question: Is it possible to run my LEDs, and the CMH at the same time, or run both on alternating 'on time', to save some energy draw, and keep down the heat? I'm also using AC, and intake/out inline fans. Thank you.

Hello.. Hope you are well.. I currently run a 600w hps and 2 leds at same time and im getting Great results.. Obviously it gets warmer but as u have fans ur gud to go.. Personally i wud run them both together so not to stress her with constant spectrum changes.. I like to start with my hps and 1led then add 2nd led wen flowering has started.. I agree with Jef don't be flipping back and forth between the lights and you should be fine. Run both or one or the other.. But the different spectrums can cause different and weird reactions from the plant it may think it's needs to be going into flower sooner.. And all sorts of stuff so I'd pick Jef's answer for sure 😁👍

Bad idea?Will a mars hydro TS1000 be too strong for a 60x60x140cm tent? I have been using a TS600 and TS1000 in tandem in a tent 4x too big for the light level, I have been growing strong and tasty buds but with low yields so downsizing my tent size to maximise the light.

Light intensity My plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

Hydro mars tsw 2000w got the complete tent set up and I was wonder if anybody else using this same led. when its sleep time after 18 hours running at 25 percent leds been off for 4 hours and I can still see lite power on under hood this normal or not how to fix doesn't seem right

Light distance from plant top My light is https://phytolite.com/pl_PL/shop/product/cree-naked-cob-60w-327 Recommended dist. to plant top by manufacturer is 40cm (16in) . Mine dist. is 58cm (23in) currently as I tried to keep it far during seedling stage, can I lower the lamp to 40cm at this stage? (day 11)

SF-1000 safe distance and dimmer for seedlings in soil?my seedlings are stretching and not growing in size. soil, autos, dropped in water 7 days ago and moved to soil in solo cups. What are people running the SF-1000 at for seedlings? I was at 30" and 20% but that's not good clearly. I've moved to 24" @ 45% so far.
