I grabbed it to test its accuracy and off non-homogeneous samples I think it can get pretty close locally, however I've noticed a range of +-7% max deviation from HPLC results, with most samples coming in +-3%. It's not 100% but its a good estimate. I'd test the same bud several times and take the average if using higrade.

ventilation for a 4x8 ? basically is that too much negative pressure and if so should I get anther intake ?currently using a 200mm inline exhaust fan that has 914 m3/h(537,9 cfm) max currently using it at its medium setting of 792 m3/h(466,15 cfm) and using a 125 mm inline intake fan with only 330 m3/h (194,23 cfm). What would cause more than half of my plants to start throwing pollen sacs?more than half my plants have thrown pollen sacs at the internode, and I’m 110% sure I have no light leaks, everything’s been perfect including light schedule/intensity, nutrients, watering and environment. They even seemed super happy and healthy. Was it the defoliation or what?
