Basically to increase growth increase health.
Roots must have plenty of space or in fabric pots
Light is key to growth it is the plants food
nuets adjust after light is increased.
You can try things like Recharge to kick things up a notch but thats your playground

TRAINING TOO MUCH??Does anyone think i might be going overboard with training? Plant is around 60 days but about day 21 had health issues stripped back and it came back thick. Tried to leave as much plant as possible and focus on training to eeduce stress. Thanks for any and all replies!!!
