Hello, I'm considering doing LST and topping at the same time. Is it okay for the ladies or is it too much stress at once?

It's fine, top the plant first and then bend her over for a nice even canopy, keep tying the tallest ones down

Should I defoliate after topping with LST ?I just did my first topping and she took it very well, no signs of stress and actually growing really fast I think.
I was thinking about LST the top colas so the lower ones can reach that height, should I cut the top leaves shadowing the lower future colas?

Accidently topped my autoflower, we it survive/rebound?Day 24 in my first ever grow. Mephisto northern cheese haze auto. Did a round of LST/Tucking last night, woke up to a fully broken off top growth of the main stem, effectively topping it(?). Is there anything I can/should do? Pistils? Steps from now on?Hey this is my first plant. Went all good till now. Not the growth i had wished for, but im happy.
Day 21 now i see pistils clearly. Isnt it a bit early for pistils, because the plant is relatively small.
How should i proceed? LST? Topping an option or is it too late?

Did I wait too long to top?I just topped, main-lined, and defoliated. The stem is about the thickness of a pencil, and the nodes are very tightly packed.
The reason I waited so long to top was because I wanted to clone the cuttings and give them to a friend.
My question is, did I wait too long to top?

When to start 12/12Hi people. My plants are on vegetation day 26 and are 8 inches tall. My tent setup can give them room for 15 more inches for a total of 23 inches height from soil to top.
