Lamp to plant distance

So,i hve 40x40x120Tent,running a single plant. the plant grown big and now the lamp is only at 30-35cm away. It s aN amazon 300w lamp,but i bet it has no more than 150 bcause is from china. The pot is big, the vent also. Plant entering flower stage, will be a prblm with distance?

Il m'est arrive la même chose, j'ai accrocher les branche avec un fil et surveille que ta lampes ne brûle pas les feuilles.
Si tu a 1m20 seulement en hauteur je te conseils de sélectionné plutôt des plantes de petite taille comme la gnommo de chez Kannabia.. Tu aura moin de risque de perdre ta plantes. Et il faut savoir que quand tu va la passer en floraison ta plantes va grandir de 2 ou 3 fois sa taille

Hi normal that shouldn't be a problem be with Led as you say it will probably have a little less power, I always go about 10 cm distance per 100 watt 👍 your plant looks great 😍👏🏻

If you have room, pull the branches down as much as you can without breaking and tie them down

what is correct light schedule for indoor germination and seedling, and then transplant outdoors?I plan to grow a photoperiod plant outdoors from spring to fall, but the germination and seedling stages will be done indoors.
