Do I keep dimming my light to try to get proper DLI?

Currently at 22" above soil at 50% intensity and still getting ~50DLI at Germ/Seedling stage (too high?). It's a 240W LED. Do I keep dimming the light or do I change light schedule (24h currently) to get proper DLI?

I start mine on 30% they seem to love it. After a week you can turn it up.

Electrical power calculationActual power consumption of lights is lower than led manufactorer says.
25 leds of 3W each = 75W plus an internal fan plus some other circuits,Total power should be more than 75W and i calculated 58.3W overall.
Vac=220 , I=0.265A

Nutrient burn, Light burn, or Phos Def? red stems purple bruises,Noticed red lines leaking red into the leaves with purple bruising, and the starter bottom leaves seem to be turning yellow, with the leaves above looking dark green with spots. Should i raise the lamp to force the strech?I had the light the past few weeks 30cm over the plant on 100% wich has 930ppfd in 20h duration it was all together 65 DLI.
I want to force the strech from now. Do you think i should raise the light up tp 50cm over the plant?

Lighting cycle for VEG stage. Is 24x7 OK?Hi,
Should I use the VEG lights 24x7 from the time I plant my seed until it's ready to bloom, or would something like 18 hours on and 6 hours off make more sense? Is there a "best practice" for veg lighting? It has worked for my first 3 grows. VIPARSPECTRA 600W LED
