Do I keep dimming my light to try to get proper DLI?

Currently at 22" above soil at 50% intensity and still getting ~50DLI at Germ/Seedling stage (too high?). It's a 240W LED. Do I keep dimming the light or do I change light schedule (24h currently) to get proper DLI?

I start mine on 30% they seem to love it. After a week you can turn it up.

Small light/ big tentI just upgraded tents. It’s a 4x4x7 foot tent. I have a Mars Hydro TS1000. I know that’s not enough for that tent. But I have a plant in its 2nd week of flower that out grew the last tent. Is it ok to just keep that light above that one plant in that size tent? Thanks!!Setup. Lighting

OMGMy Timer malfuntioned and gave them over 22 hrs of light?I was wondering why they kept growing this fast and big until i controlled the system and noticed they get to much light and stretching this hard. So i turned the hrs down to 16 to stress them into blooming, will this Work?2y ago
