Do I keep dimming my light to try to get proper DLI?

Currently at 22" above soil at 50% intensity and still getting ~50DLI at Germ/Seedling stage (too high?). It's a 240W LED. Do I keep dimming the light or do I change light schedule (24h currently) to get proper DLI?

I start mine on 30% they seem to love it. After a week you can turn it up.

Light cycle messed up do I have leverage for one mistake?Timer messed up the cycle and stayed on for an extra 12 hours.. So in total she was, for 24 hours in light... Soon as I noticed I manually turned off.
Now the question is.. It's messed up and now off when supposed to be on vice versa, does the one mistake matter so much, seeding?5y ago

Swapping day/night light cycle during flowerDay 22 of flower. Lights are on during the day, 8am-to-8pm but we need to switch to 8pm-to-8am to use the colder night air to cool our lights without using a/c. Would it negatively affect the plants at this point in flower to give them 24hrs dark & completely swap light cycle?

Is your machine helper leaking light?Everyone has their ACs and dehumidifiers and whatnot machines in the grow space. Are you covering every little light of those machines in the flowering chamber? Many hermies will be avoided with some aluminium tape. Stay safe, cover those lights and grow ganja!

Right lighting at day 6 - fluo or HI as both availableRight lighting at day 6? Very happy that all germination looking good on day 6 from seed. Manufacturers advice is to keep height at 12'' minimum above the canopy in flower but other growers report it can hang as low as 10''.
