I think you will be fine. My current grow my timer was giving me 30 minutes of light halfway through the dark cycle for 4 days straight. This happened because I had to disassemble my grow because my landlord was coming. Somehow the pins on my timer were pushed when reassembling. It would take alot more than that to hermie your plants. Some genetics are more prone. If they do pop up just use your pruning scissors and snip them off. I highly doubt they will hermie though.

Should be fine if was only 1 night.. if continues over a week or two than will cause stress and get pollen sacs.

1 time isn't a problem.. or shouldn't be. You'll know ~4 weeks from now if you see nanners. Keep close eye on it. Uninterrupted darkness is key for hormonal balance shift, which triggers bloom/flower growth. You are quite a ways in, so i don't think it'll be an issue. You may finish before any male bits could grow to maturity anyway.
