Should I restart feeding?

I’m still not seeing the amber trichomes. And I’m afraid I harvested my last plant (first plant) too soon. It was two weeks behind the ak-47 which is in jars and I’ve stopped feeding two weeks after I did with her. Should I begin feeding again? Will doing so effect ripening?

I'd feed at least once more, give her something to amber-up those trichs... you may even want to keep her going for another 2-3 weeks... but you don't want to harvest her TOO late because that would mean the THC is weaker.... I mean, it's all in what you want out of your smoke, tbh. If you keep feeding her, you can always hard flush her (if you think flushing is necessary) at the very end. Good luck!

Ye, a light diet. But once you start the ripening phase it will follow true once you hang dry it right. Look at how I hung dry this girl she was fully white all cloudy trichomes but white pistils and she went fully orange in the long drying process. Showing once a plant is ripe its done. I know that all larf but the theory holds out the same. Have a look at how white she was and went fully orange. All the trichomes were cloudy. Anyways. Once you have 90-95 cloudy you can even have less cause shell finish up this week cause you started the ripening. growdiaries.com/diaries/129881-grow-journal-by-gottagrowsometime

OK. After looking at your diary. I know you say she has 5 weeks of flower. It's more like 6. She's in the window or very close to been done. Finish her up. If anything a light calmag diet to help eat up anything left in the soil and let her finish up she ripen that way. Restarting feed again, hmm. You really shouldn't. You can, there's no 1 to stop you. Will it help. Well, the difference won't be as much as you if you just finish her up on a light calmag diet. Here's a tip, now idk how true it is, but hey, what can it hurt. So you want to cut sugar leafs in half and fan leafs cut off fingers and bend leafs, tear them stress your plant into thinking its been eaten by pests to help it fight back in the way of producing resin/thc. Again, idk how true it is. But what can it hurt. And prolong the dying time by as much as you can. Try hang dry it whole or whole by nodes even cut from the stem makes it better to hang somewhere nice and cool. I know it's summer and finding a cool place is a bitch but try not dry in 25+c you'll evaporate the shit out of the weed it'll dry way to quick lose terps and all that good stuff. 20c is fine gives you a few degree to play with. Yeah 17 it even 15c would be best. But the cooler the longer it takes to dry so leaving all the growth on it, it socks up all that moisture and sugars and dries proper. Happy growing.
