Read up on CRISPR? lol... if it doesn't recover due to some self-inflicted cause, it is simply genetics, unfortunately.

Looks a little dry but not more than the others. But some varieties will react worse to different situations. Your mix looks like it's too chunk for a starting mix. Fresh young roots need a more porise medium for ease and comfort. Hard for em to break through chunks. Could just be genetics. Ride it out and pamper her. She still can begin to flourish.

Chalk it up to genetics.. If you want to give them a little boost. throw a clear plastic solo cup over with some water misted inside of the cup.. It will act as a small greenhouse for these little girls who are trying to grow.. They love the high humidity!! Happy growing!
