Topping Question: When Topping, tutorials state to wait til you have 4-6 nodes. Does this count the cotyledon leaves, or for that matter the first single serrated leaf? Where do you begin counting nodes?

As I know, people usually starting count from first single serrated leaf.

Or just cut one top.
As long as it’s not an auto...you don’t wanna top or fim An auto.

Topping or LST after 1st toppingLast week I topped this little baby, the plant now is growing ok. I noticed that not only the two top side branches are growing a lot, but that the ones on the node under it too.
