Centipede started grow question 5 years ago

Grow tent that is only 140cm tall, afraid she is gonna grow even bigger while still in veg (currently 56 cm) and hit the ceiling once she stretches. Is there a way to stunt the grow of the main stems so that the smaller stems also reach the same height like a plateau? supercrop?

SCROG (Screen Of Green) might work best for you with limited height. Basically a netting spread over the top of the plant that keeps the branches low but allows the buds to grow above the screen, You should be able to find plenty of info on scrogging online. But here's a good link that should help:
