I'm feeding with just katana roots for the first 2 weeks with a spray bottle but I havent tried this before and abit worried may get early salt build up???? Joy's of potting straight into a 15L!! If I feed till until i get a run off it will be too much water for a seedling right?

Seedling does not require too much water, if the water run off in 15l pots and there are no roots yet to suck up the water in excess it will take so much time to dry and you are not going to give her water (maybe with different mute schedule) for some weeks. I would just give her some water near the seedling where it could have put some new roots and add some more every some days..
Don't worry about salt build up. Never had problems like that, just don't exaggerate!

It shouldn't cause damage if you spray when lights go off. You don't need to water with runoff until late veg depending on container size and plant condition. 🌱👍
