Problem: Soil gets dry and Eazy Plug keeps lifting which could cause root damage.

could try watering little amounts more often.
If the whole plug is lifting out it seems like it is getting to dry before you water.

When I've had this problem in the past I usually just put more soil on top, but I've never used crop cover, so not sure if an option?

WaThis is what your roots should look like if your growing hydroponics in DWC or RDWC, if you do it properly. I found it to be a lot of work even with the chiller, cleaning the buckets out once every week or 2. Any products available now to keep things clean? Without harming plants
