Hello, I had to trim my ladies a bit today so they wouldn't take the light away from the smaller colas. I hope that wasn't a big deal; it was one leaf per plant. The cuts are clean, but one turned a leaf 90 degrees right after cutting.

Don't panic man 😉 the girls are very strong like i can see in your pictures, probably the leaf curling down because have the substrate with too much water or because is too dry i think

Light defoliation isn't an issue! They look amazing. I did that the entire time mine were growing. Check out my diary for the results! Happy growing!

New grower - advice on what to do with this growth below the canopy.What can I do with this growth under the canopy? I've removed a few leaves to create a canopy and increase airflow (i also have limited space), and still have some growth on the branches. Dont want them turning into colas.
