I had to pull one my plants today, It was a male. Sad moment pulling it from to pot and tossing it in the trash. Can I use the dirt for my next grow or toss it and start fresh?

Add 3/4 cup of Kelp meal, per gallon of soil to refresh the micro-nutrients.

You can, but you will need to recondition it. Adding some guano, blood fish and bone, manure, worm castings etc. I put everything in my compost tbh. 🌱👍

Just remove all the roots and organic matter that might be in there and you should be ok.. if it was an added nutrient soil just remember all that will be gone and you'll have to feed right away.. they also sell stuff you can ammend back into it to turn it back into a nutrient rich soil starting out.. Hope this helps! Had to toss one this year myself.. sucks...
