Is she starting to flower ? Small pistils showing on all but 1 and 1 is changing color at the top, does color change mean flowering ?

Harvest ready?I have a ladyburn 1974 plant and am wondering if it is ready to harvest. The buds aren’t super big, but there is probably about 30% amber trichomes. Based on schedule it is either in 3 days or 10. In 3 days it will be 9 1/2 weeks into flowering. Attached are some pictures.Other. General questions
