Is she starting to flower ? Small pistils showing on all but 1 and 1 is changing color at the top, does color change mean flowering ?

Day and night temperature/RH differenceJust before lights going on again, the temperature was at 21.4 Celsius, but humidity was at 76%!!! During day temps are 26 Celsius and 58~64% humidity. when to flipJust wondering, when would be a good time to flip my photoperiod plant(gelato)
after I made a manifold out of it, plant is 35 days old today and still kind of small.
will it stretch much after the light is switched to 12/12?
should you put the plant in darkness before the flip?

Are these ladies ready or should I give them more time?Flowering time is said to be 60-70 days, today is day 62.
