So i believe they are compost mites (benefiacial to decomposition of decaying matters into the soil) din't worry if no damage is seen on the plant. It only means your soil is alive. Don't forget to rinse em of your plant before you harvest .. tho they are more then likely just going to look for decaying stuff..

To me they look like white fly. Look on the under side of your leaves, this is normally where white flies live. If it is white flies, you will also see small dead spots where they have sucked the sap out of the leaves. Not sure about control measures, however, in my country, neem products are illegal to be used on anything for human consumption.

It's not Whiteflies or greenhouse flies they don't have wings atleast and they are no bigger than a centimeter maybe 🤷 but you never know.. could it possibly be something good where I'm using the happy frog potting soil with active microbes like you said earlier cause all in all my plants seem healthy I just don't want to keep dosing with neem oil mix

Actually sory you say they are crawling.. i misread craling and flying.. they could be mites.. if your plants are healty no lminibyellow dots. They a deconposing mites found in composte.. not bad for the plant. Ot if they have two dots they are spidermites that are bad for the plant. If they fly and white they are greenhouse whiye flies. If they are elongated yellowish light brown theybare thrips if they lok like fruit flies they are sciarides (fungus gnats) so google these insect and comoare the look and the damage..
