Hi there!
You can remove little bit more of those lower leaves but don't take too much 'cos there wont be that much leaf growth anymore.
Some people likes to defoliate at the day 21 of flowering so maybe you can let them grow for a week more and then defoliate little bit more?

Absolutely! defoliate all fan leaves and put a ScrOG on for max results!
