Do you know how high your ec is using flora nova bloom. I know 8 ml per gallon is suppose to be the lucas formula and that ec is way up in the 2.2 to 2.4 ec range. I dont know how people have success with that but if your feeding veg nutes prior to that then your plants will suffer severely. Lucas formula is meant from start to finish. I would suggest you flush those babies out get your ppm in your runoff down to 600 ppm 1.2 ec, that would be about 2.5 ml depending on your water, and dont overwater after and things should recover. Just look at your white hairs, if their turning brown before the 5th to 6th week you are experiencing overfeeding

I Think that you led light might hang to mow or doesnt have enough power for the plants. They might have stretched but you can still get a good yield.

Prob to much Nutes imo. The dark clawed leaves give me that indication. I'd dial it back some see what that does for ya.. Happy growing! 👊
