Wet or dry trim ??

i like wet trim, but i leave bit more on my buds (unlike recent harvest on GD for picture reasons, but won't do that often or may only do more on a select few buds for a picture). the sugar leaves keep it nice and protected, imo. simply discard when breaking stuff up. anyway, i just think it's much easier to work with when it has fresh.. less brittle trichomes, so you knock fewer off. Easy to trace stem back and snip blindly once used to it. Plus, any sugar leaves taken off or trimmed back can be frozen wet, which provides better bubble hash return, if you do that sort of thing. mmmmhhh bubble hash

It would all really have to depend on ur drying conditions. If it's going to be on the warmer or drier side I'd say keep as much of the plant intact as possible. If ur on the wetter cooler side u could consider a wet trim... as ull still get a nice slow dry. So in short I guess I'm trying to say if ur drying conditions allow u to dry trimmed bud slowly... than go for it.

I trim wet put them in a pot hanger for a few days till almost smokable then I take all the bud and put it together in a cooler, shut the lid and let it sweat for half an hour, then I open the lid and let it all dry together bringing the bottom to the top every hour or so until smokable,makes about a week in total. Then I jar it and put it in a dark cool place and open the jars till it dries up, about half an hour. Do that for a few days, then you can just store till ready to smoke. Not the normal way but effective, great taste and you can smoke in a week. No home grown taste at all. Cheers
