So i looked at week 8 for the fim and it looks like you cut enough off.. so it may be you won't fully see whether it was effective for another week. Try getting some closeups of the site, if we start seeing rounded bubble bulges where the growth node is then we can assume that it has been effective. Also sometimes the fim just makes a generally flat looking canopy versus 2 very obvious new main branches. When you have a good clear close up will you tag me into your comments so i can look?
I hope the plant makes some moves this week.✌️

Unfortunately you have missed. The middle part there that is the small new growth. Take 80-90 % off it. The surrounding leaves can be left alone.
