First lst, did I harm them any? As they grow do I keep bending? Any tips would be greatly appreciated thank you.

looks like a good start.. keep doing it daily until your desired result is achieved then flip to flower and enjoy the fruits of your labors.. 👊

You should pull those and let her go another 4-5 days and then train. What I do is tie a string tight half way down my pot. From there just take some string and wrap around the top of the nodes and get it close to a 45 degree angle. Then when your side branches start to come up you tie them to fill out the area.

When stop LST?First time grower here. Have been doing LST, and it seems to work well. I've just spotted pistols, so she is starting to flower now. So my question is, should I stop LST? Should I remove the (padded) wires? Or, when do I stop? Or should I keep LST until I harvest the flowers?

Cutting leaf As you can see, one of the top leaf is covering light for side branches and I can't find a good way to avoid that by tying down the plant. I can't tie down the main top beacaue I don't want to damage the first signs of flowering. Can I cut that leaf or will it damageher too much?
