So I took the advice and added another tie at her base just so it's not pulling against her roots. I think I did it right. Top leaves are now pointing upward only after 1 hour after first tie...

btw to my taste you started lst too early......................i wouldn't start till about a week before flower

Start training her on week 2?I want to LST one of the two plants while trying HST on the other one. One is organic (darker perlite pic), the other one is not. Small space growingFirst micro grow. First 3 weeks plants were growing outdoors. Defoliated, LST and Scrogged the 3 plants to make space, pushed the plants down, and allow for smaller branches to gain light. Was on 18/6 hours light cycle for 2 weeks, changed to 12/12 after week 4. M/F still unkown
