I am on day 53, I know it’s normal for plants to yellow later in flower, mine turn yellow very early like week 7. Some people way later and theirs are still very green. I recalibrated my ph pen week 6. Happened in under feeding too. Makes bud look awful. What am I doing wrong??

Hi @SAC87! My guess is that you're experiencing deficiencies due to a miscalibrated pH-pen, meaning you did water with a wrong pH for a few weeks. In coco, sticking to the ideal pH-range is the key, 5.5~5.9 is what you want, if you're under/over this range you will certainly encounter deficiencies, such as copper and potassium. Give her a good meal with a reasonable amount of blooming nutrient and a correct pH, she should be fine, affected leaves won't recover but you will boost her bud production for the last days before the flush. Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing 👊

Morning 👋🏾 Wow that’s a nice fade would definitely say it’s down to genetics why the colours changed to a autumn like effect, it’s normal for many plants to change colour mine are currently undergoing the change aswell,

Hey there sac, so i just was interested by the diary feed and your question. I was researching your strain and it was incredible how many photos i came across with this similar coloring, both leaves and buds. You say it made the buds looked bad...but i know lots of people would love to get this kind of fade happening. I think this coloring is mostly down to genetics/phenotype etc, a typical "purple or black" plant. my plants had some premature yellowing due to deficiencies and it didnt look this way, it was more like single leaves yellowing completely and dying off fully. Yours has a nice slow loss of nutrients, perfect view of senescence in work. Recalibrating any equipment or nutrient schedule is always worth a look, but i think this grow turned out a lot like it should. Happy harvesting and trimming. Great job on the grow ✌️

Yeah unfortunately you're right SAC87, you got a P/K deficiency because the plants have really started to blow up on the flowering so they are sucking all the nutes out. You might want to try addit a mag sulfur boost + P/K to your current feed - that should straighten out the new growth.

Looks like a Potassium deficiency, as it progresses so does the neurosis of the leaves. You have a strain that will be finishing in the next week or two, and leaf damage is not reversable. Crazy how fast that came on. The purple is most likely genetic traits of the northern lights statin and the 10*f between day and night temps helped to bring it out.
