Noticed a small spot on the leave beside the vein and its seems to lose a bit of green color, not sure if i should worry what you guys think that might be?

Keep and eye on it to see if it spreads or not. Your pH is a little high, which could explain weird leaf coloration, do keep it between 5.5 and 6.0 in soil less media. You are not measuring EC/PPM levels, and that is absolutely required when dealing with soilless media. I don't see you using any cal mag additive, which is needed when dealing with coco, specially if your water source is on the soft side.
