Read up on "PAR" .. providing more of that is usually a good thing. google "Daily light integral or DLI" to see the ceiling for what you want to provide -- depends on how long you run the lights. i'm fairly sure you won't be at 43 or 65DLI w/ extra co2, so all is well. more is generally better. don't be afriad to use the red in vegetative phase too.
match footprint to plant size... if it grows well, save money and don't throw more watts at it. as you need to cover more space, add the lights as needed. trial and error.. if they grow even better with all of them focused on a small area, do it...
