Am harvesting the now and am going to put in a jar soon iv got they humidity traps but I have 57% and not the 62% will it make a difference when they are in the jar ie smell and taste

Harvesting 1 out of 2 plants sharing the same reservoirI will need to harvest the purple much sooner than the widow. How do I stop the fresh cut grass smell?I have done a couple of grows but keep getting the fresh cut grass smell instead of that nice smell. Am I cutting down to early?
