Am harvesting the now and am going to put in a jar soon iv got they humidity traps but I have 57% and not the 62% will it make a difference when they are in the jar ie smell and taste

Should I harvest a bit early?I had some nutrient problems early on, so a lot of my leaves are dead. My LST didn't go very well so some of the bigger colas don't have a lot of room to get additional light. I'm thinking it may be time to go ahead and cut and harvest. Trichomes look pretty cloudy. Is it time to harvest yet or should I wait a bit longer?At the moment I'm seeing 89% cloudy, 10% red and 1% clear trichomes. It is not very clear from the photos but from what I'm seeing through the magnifying lens this is how it seems. There is significant yellowing but also many white pistils.

Dry questiondrying now on my first grow. two days in and just opened up to see how they look. The buds are very crispy to almost break a part with a little touch and smell is 90%gone and I have hay smell. Follow all rules. Temp avg.66 RH avg 33. I added humid to boost to 50%. Is this normalWeek 11
