Help me identify these pests! Not sure what they are but I have introduced ladybugs into the environment. Not sure if there is time to colonize them tho so close to harvest. Not sure what else I can do. I can kick em outside to finish if need be...Thanks for any advice

@contrapunk , Mate is it works but remember that diatomaceous earth, expecially the calcinate version, if inhaled can irritate lungs.

Neem oil, spinosaf and thrips. Can the spinosad harm my pretty early flowers? Also since I do this during dark cycle, will a head lamp throw confuse them?Okay, so I have some thrips. I have been told to soak those fuckers using Spinosad. I'm sure there are a lot of opinions on this but my local grow store guy said it is mist effective. Is this Fungus Gnat Larvae?Found these little suckers in the DWC roots, sprayed some 1:4 peroxide/water solution all around, and tried to flush the roots too. Now I'm letting the roots soak in just water & hydro guard for now (ran out of peroxide). Thoughts

Thrip control?So I have a small case of thrips. At first I was thinking the white bite marks in the leaves was some sort of deficiency until I saw one of the little buggers! Luckily it doesn't look bad so I'm just going to Finnish the run. Are there any mid flower treatments? Thanks
