that is not a fungus gnat... are you crazy??? Christ on a stick. that's a fucking spider mite, one of the worst pests you can get. You can see its egg casing on the leaf "yellow ish" and another fresh egg "clear to white". they normally do this on the underside of the leaves. Spider mites can decimate your crops and you need to act fast. if you are not in bloom use a strong chemical action and nuke the fuckers or they will over take all your plants. You are likely seeing some small webs as well. use things with Permethrin or alternate to kill mites out right. beneficial predator are good for preventive not so much active infestations. They won't get ride of the webs or bodies and they can also get stuck in the weed its self. not all Permethrins are made equal but most do evorprate off the plant within a 2week period. but other things might be left behind so give your buds a good washing at the end of it all.

Fungus Nats don't leave spots on leave like that. It looks like a mite or something to that nature. I would do a neem oil treatment if you are not flowering. Then wait about 4 days and do it again. If you are flowering just rinse the plant off good and it will wash a bunch away. You don't want to put chemicals on something you will consume. Just don't wash them when it's in day cycle. Light can get magnified and burn leaves in spots.

fungus gnats. caused from wet soil . do three things . let your soil dry out before any more watering. top two inches should be allowed to dry out between waterings . gey some yellow sticky cards they will help by catching the adults before they can lay more eggs which can only mature and hatch in WET soil . and finally third get some food grade Diatomaceous Earth and use it sparingly as a top dressing to the soil , this stuff destroys the little bastards in the larva stage before they can hatch .. this is how every grower handles fungus gnats .good luck
