Definitely yes, I use side support lights of different spectrums in all my grow rooms and I rotate the pots daily. I have intense lights all around the plant and I'm happy with the results of my harvests.

Hey, bro! 👋 I'm sure the mars 250W is not enough for your girls! But to determine whether there's too much or not enough light, a lux meter will help! Knowing the light level means using light effectively for growing! 👌 You can measure the illumination (lux) in the cultivation area above the plant! 👆 Download a free app called "luxmeter" from the app store on your smartphone, wipe your phone screen well, and clean it from grease and dirt. The light sensor is located on the screen side, which often rivals individual lux meters. Check the illumination above the plant. Adjust the lamp height so it doesn't heat the plant to shock levels, but stays within the lux range. Install the app, and you'll remember me more than once, bro! It'll be like a compass for your lighting! 👌 Effective illumination ranges starting from planting the plant: Day 1 (250-500lux) Day 2 (500-1000lux) Day 3 (1000-2000lux) After five pairs of leaves, full vegetation (2000-20000lux) Flowering (20000-90000lux). In theory, the most optimal for flowering is considered to be (45000-65000lux). Try not to go above 90000 lux. Otherwise – 100% problems due to overly active processes in the plant! 👆 Good luck, bro! ✊😇

Hello Almost always adding more light is better...but plants can only stand so much ppfd before your pushing them into light stress and it has negative effects. But being only the 250 mars, you could add much more light, just keep them the safe distance so they won't burn the colas.👍

Supplemental lighting is always a good idea if the lights are not causing light and heat stress. I know several people that run LED strips at the bottoms of their tents for this very reason. Keep an eye on how the plants react to it.
