G14 auto lamp height

I am using a 150w HPS lamp with a G14 seedling on a 24/0 schedule. What height should the lamp be from the top of the seedling?

Hello, good evening!
There's no exact distance, but a good rule of thumb is to put your hand at the same level of the top of the plant. If it's too hot to you, it's too hot for her as well.
Play a little bit with the height of it until you find the sweet spot.

Hi buddy, The plant is very fragile in this stage.So for me, I would do maximum height and check how she react.If you think she is stretching, lower the light alittle bit.Another thing is put your palm on top of the plant and wait for about one minute.If your palm feels hot, that’s how she feels.Happy growing...

'Claws' on tips just after flowering started. Previous answers help - it is a bit worse. I keep a perfect VPD. What should I do? Flower wouldnt fI'm confused. For the first 3w I used LED as instructed 30-40cm, I had ~43cm,100%dim, everything was fine. When the bloom started yellow claws appeared and still there, maybe a bit worse, with 53cm and 75%dim. Mostly on BPP, one more plant showed her claws today aswell. 😓
