Can RH be raised to 100% for short periods of time?

My extraction is noisy and the humidity is causing a sore throat at night. Can I switch it off and raise my RH to 95% on a regular basis without stressing the plants?
I have an indoor grow 2"x2" that runs full ventilation. RH rises from 70% to 95% after 30 mins of no venting.

Высокая влажность хороша для растения в стадии саженца или в начале вегетации. На вегетации достаточно влажности 50-60%, но не выше, т.к. растение будет пить воду из воздуха порами своих листочков, а ей нужно пить воду корнями, чтоб субстрат подсыхал и растение могло успешно усваивать удобрения! нельзя отключать обдув и вентиляцию! они должны работать 24/0! если слишком высокая влажность, тогда есть смысл приобрести специальный осушитель воздуха (цена около 50$ в магазинах электроники и бытовой техники) и установить его в месте культивации или снаружи рядом с отверстием в палатке, по которому заходит в палатку воздух! 👌

I did a grow with rh going to 99% every night even with the ventilation on full power 24/7. They still grew well. Only got low yields because the pot volume was 5liters on 1 plant and 0.4 liters on another 2.
But the flower developed well too in those conditions, no mold no issues nothing wrong , and tasted like heaven.

Do any body have any experience in making your own carbon filter?Thinking about making one from two steel mesh "ovals" with +-2cm in between. Use some filtration cloth so the carbon don't go through the mesh. And will fill the space between the meshes with activated carbon used for this purpose. Do you think its going to work? ThanksSetup. Humidity at night. Should I add a heater or...Lights on day, my temps are perfect, and my humidity is 55-59% at 74-80 degrees F. Night, temps drop to the 60s and humidity goes up to 70-78%. Using humidistat to control fan, will this cause problems? So far fan running for 30 secs every two minutes! Plz advise if this is not a good idea??My exhaust fan is to powerful no speed control just two settings. On the lowest setting the fan is still sucking all the humidity that my humidifier creates out of the tent. So I have bought a humidity controller hooked it up with the humidifier and fan.. Humidistat levels vary wildly between Inkbird and ETI humidistats..I have two humidistats, one is an Inkbird 200 for control, the other is ETI 810-195 just for display.. The ETI is showing roughly 9-10% higher humidity levels compared to the Inkbird. Does anyone know which is more accurate? I want it get these humidity levels just right 👌🏼Setup. Ventilation
