Can RH be raised to 100% for short periods of time?

My extraction is noisy and the humidity is causing a sore throat at night. Can I switch it off and raise my RH to 95% on a regular basis without stressing the plants? I have an indoor grow 2"x2" that runs full ventilation. RH rises from 70% to 95% after 30 mins of no venting.

Hey, buddy! 👋😇 High humidity is good for the plant during the seedling stage or at the beginning of vegetative growth. During vegetative growth, humidity should be around 50-60%, but not higher, as the plant will absorb water from the air through its leaf pores, and it needs to drink water through its roots so that the substrate can dry out and the plant can successfully absorb nutrients! You can't turn off the airflow and ventilation! They should run 24/0! If the humidity is too high, it makes sense to get a special dehumidifier (price around $50 in electronics and home appliance stores) and set it up in the cultivation area or outside near the opening of the tent where the air enters! 👌 Good luck, bro! ✊😇

I did a grow with rh going to 99% every night even with the ventilation on full power 24/7. They still grew well. Only got low yields because the pot volume was 5liters on 1 plant and 0.4 liters on another 2. But the flower developed well too in those conditions, no mold no issues nothing wrong , and tasted like heaven.
