I'm not seeing any pistils yet, so you're not flowering until you see those small wispy white hairs. Perhaps this plant has a longer veg cycle than most...otherwise it could be the rare autoflower that actually is a photoperiod and needs the 12/12 light schedule. I think it's like 1% turn out to not be autoflowers. Wait a bit longer and see what happens. One way or another it will flower since its outdoors...it would just be huge if it turned out to be a photoperiod plant.
