Could anyone recommend which budget led is best for bud quality. Looking at the sp250 by mars hydro or it’s alternative being the spider farmer sf2000 I am in 4x4 so I’d need 2 of each or the bigger equivalent. Thanks growers I’m planning on making the change soon as it’s summer

Thanks for your replies rush2112 I’ll take a look at them I did look at the hlg 550v2 but found you can get the same ppfd from some of the more budget friendly ones however I seen some great crops under hlg lights

you wanna spend some money if you looking for quality............................samsung diodes r very good especially with meanwell drivers....................i think the bottom line is about $800 but if your really looking for a good light its about $1500

I would go with two (2) HLG-100’s for that space. Not sure why more people aren’t using these lights, they are top of the line

Can i add a light to help flowering can i add a light to help flowering even if it is a 6500k one i noticed that my actual 2700k led light is less powerful that the one i used for vegetative phase can i add (with the 2700k one) it even if it is a 6500k one ?? will it slow down the flowering ? thanks !

Light strips Opinions on led strips down the poles of my tent for extra light or saving up for an upgrade.... I've been talking to a fellow grower and I know I need more light in order to have a better yield. I thought 4 light strips would give light from each side plus on top. Whatcha think?

If I add more LED light in Late flowering tent, Is it going to benefits the yield? Currently running under P1000 Led (100W) in 2x2.5x6 Tent , Scrog Hello! Now i have finish one tent (Gog) , I have extra LED P600 100W. So If i use it in my 2nd tent (PGK) which now in late flowering phase (still has another 2-3 weeks to finish). Is that ok to do? Give more Light? Do i get more dence buds bcoz of more light? let me know,Thanks

Can I change my autoflowers light cycle withou reducing their yield significantly?I am having humidity/mold problems and was thinking of changing the cycle so the grow goes off at noon ( currently it goes off at 1am and its winter and gets real cold with 88% humidity). Even if I stress them, it would be better to not have mold than reducing the yield, right?

Which strategy with auxiliary grow Leds ? 3x20w Leds -Thanks !Helps maturing but I wonder if buds are bigger. I used to put 3 extra lights 20 cm below canopy, leave many large leaves at the top and lollypop 30%. 30% is definitely not enough even with those 20w LEDS (50% is probably better). How do you use extra LEDS ? Where do you put them?

Do you lower light intensity and temps towards the end of flower?So I’m in mid flower, start of week 7 to be exact. I’m curious on when you guys start pulling back light intensity and going with a little cooler temps. I’m running a 240W S33 from AC infinity in a 3x3. amount of sunshine for autos in late flower - open air, outdoor grow We're getting 14-15 hours of strong sunshine a day. Now that I'm late flower, should I move my autos into a spot that will get shade for half of the day? Seems like they may not need to be pounded by this much light/heat at this point and could use more down time.
